EL DORADO, ARK LOCATION: This place is a disaster. Nobody knows what they're doing, including the kitchen. It is clear the kids who work there were poorly trained, if trained at all, the wrap was so stale & chewy it was like leather, the tenders were WAY too salty, & it took a few tries for them to finally hand me the right order. In addition, the people behind me were handed the wrong order, and a third couple came in complaining that they, too, had the wrong order. Even the manager was not helpful and also appeared to be poorly trained or experienced. The order I paid $7+ for was a skimpy serving & not exactly what I ordered. We need a restaurant like this in our town, but Slim Chickens Corporate needs to get involved in this hot mess. read more

Went to Slim Chicken in Eldorado and ordered an 8 piece traditional wing meal, and the wings were so old the texture was like the wings were frozen. Wings were not edible at all, fries were stone cold, and out of lemonade and strawberry beverages. If this is the quality that employees serve, this business needs to close down. A waste of 30 dollars spent on two meals and employees and managers should not serve food that they would not eat themselves. Absolutely mortified experience!!!! read more

Pretty good for fast food chicken. Love the variety of sauces. The cayenne ranch has just the right about of heat. Their side salads use a spring mix and are better than the standard fast food salad. My daughter and I generally split a four piece strip meal, and I get a side salad. Their jar desserts are delicious; we especially like the one with brownie and Heath bits in it. read more

I tried this for the first time in Tennessee and loved it and then again in Monroe Louisiana (about 6 times) and was extremely pleased. So when I knew there was one opening up in town I was happy...Unfortunately the chicken is not as crisp or seasoned enough. Honey-BBQ wings did not have enough sauce on them. Over cooked wings were dry as a powerhouse. Fries were cold and soggy. I suspect the fries were cooked in old oil. Texas Toast was soggy and burnt on one side. Lemonade was weak and tasted like a mix. Chocolate dessert was a plus. I will not be back. I paid extra money for gross food. read more
