We had a 15min drive home, and it was well over 25mins by the time we were able to enjoy the food. Oh boy was the fried food still crispy and even warm! The onion bloom was soooo airway and crispy, absolutely the perfect batter. We didn't even need the dipping sauce! I placed an order of corns without Cajun seasons for my children, but both orders were overly seasoned. The family size boneless chicken was in a bath of sauce, too much liquid for me since it got a bit messy during transportation. There were too many small scrap pieces of chicken hidden under the large pcs of chicken, too hard to chew! Some larger pcs of chicken were also too hard to chew, I think we'll stick with wings next time .
