Then a moment of clarity hit. I didn't want lemon-pepper and buffalo!!! No, wait. I completely forgot my love for Garlic-Parmesan. Expecting to be accosted for my indecisiveness... I was instead greeted with a smile (yes, folks! A freaking SMILE); and told. "Of course I can do that for you. No problem." He says... Okay, there is so much more to the story, like taking ownership, offering unexpected customer service, etc. My point is that if you need to believe in good customer service, come to THIS Wingstop. Eddie has amazing mannerisms he will blow your mind. Eddie, excellence in customer service is rare these days. Anytime I can acknowledge I saw a unicorn, I will. You are a rare creature. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to redirect and decompress. The environment you created for me (at a Wingstop no-less) helped me get through my remaining workday.

They also declined to provide their names or connect me with the manager, which felt very unprofessional. My family and I are frequent Wingstop customers--my husband and son especially enjoy it--but this experience was extremely disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect and delayed, but the lack of understanding and refusal to provide a simple refund for the missing items was frustrating and discouraging.
