This is the second time I visited this location. The service is slow, the employees move around like molasses in January. I sat in the drive thru line behind 4 automobiles for 15 mins. I finally had to get out and go into the establishment. Once I got in, I found more people working than visiting. I finally said if I don't get waited on, i am calling the cooperate office and tell them to fire everyone in here TONIGHT. It was between 9:30 -10:00 pm. It was so bad the 1st time, I drove all the way to Hwy 85. Oh, they didn't have any donuts then. Close it down or hire a knowledgeable group. read more

It does not get better than this. Hot light on mesns pull in for a dozen glazed. Anything here is good. This trip I had and apple fritter and blueberry cake doughnut which were wonderful but you cannot best original glazed. All others just not as good. krispy kreme is the awesome its is not to pricey, and it is the best donuts I have ever had! once you go in it smells so good, it is unbelievable. It melts in your mouth and is not to sugary so you can fill up. If you are not a fan of non cake donuts than this is not for you. But I suggest you go their. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Krispy Kreme. First the service was horribly slow. Then we ordered lemon glazed and ended up with a dozen regular glazed. I'm glad I noticed this before leaving and since we are experiencing Covid-19, I went to the front door clearly showing a box of doughnuts. They refused to come to the door. Telling me to get back in the drive thru line that was a wait of over 10 minutes! I politely walked to the drive thru window and they still said go through the drive thru. I asked for the manager and she was the rudest most unprofessional manger ever. No wonder all the teens who worked there were careless in service. She asked angrily did you pay for lemon glazed? Yes, you just waited on me. She angrily told the employee give her the doughnuts. And stormed off. Rude and poor service. I understand the precautions with Covid-19 but coming to the door, with masks on earlier could have solved this. I will be reporting this horrid, extremely unprofessional manager to corporate in the morning. If you don't want to do the job right, quit. There are plenty of people during these economic times that would be happy to provide service and the correct orders. read more

Very typical Krispy Kreme establishment. Delicious, fresh donuts (sometimes hot), fast drive thru, friendly service and no problems.

There were white strands of hair weave encrusted in two of my donuts. It matched one particular worker there, which was obvious because she was the one that had white weave in her hair. It was very disgusting; I noticed it when I got home and placed the donuts on a plate. My wife called the shop, and they happily replaced my order. So now, I'm standing here writing this review, and can't stomach to even look in the bag to think of eating it. So in the garbage it goes, and I'll never be eating from there again. Mind you, I would've never noticed it was hair stuck to my donuts if I would've ate it out the bag, or haven't places it on a dark colored plate, which easily exposed the white strands of hair. This Krispy Kreme should take Kreme out of their name since they don't have much Kreme in their food. The Krispy Kreme I grew up on had Kreme in every bite. The Kreme filled in Stockbridge will have 1.5 bites of Kreme out of 6 bites to eat the Donut. I have complained, and they gave me the corporate canned apology and a dozen fee donuts that just disappointed me 12 more times for free. I wish the manager at this store would go eat a Kreme filled at the Myrtle Beach store to learn how to make them. read more

I've been to this location about 3-4 times in the last couple months. Like most Krispy Kremes, the donuts are usually good(only reason for the 2 stars) but the service here leaves a lot to be desired. First time I order a 3 pack lemon, the guy for whatever reason keeps repeating the wrong order. I get to the window and see why. He's paying more attention to his co-workers. 2nd time, long wait and a busted box with smashed donut. Tonight, 15-20 minute wait in line because the speakers not working so all orders have to be placed at the window. The drive thru is set up so you can't get out once you're in line. I finally make it to the window to find out they don't have the donuts I came for. It's safe to say this location is on my So Not Return list. Enough is enough. read more

This may be the last and final time going to this location! They never are fully stocked with the menu items, especially the APPLE FRITTERS. I have been here over 5x times, spread out to 1x every other week, and they NEVER have them. I say, if you never have them you should take them off the menu. False advertisement! It tasted like a funnel cake and not like the typical Krispy Kreme glazed donut that melts in one's mouth. Unfortunately I was told that the way those donuts tasted as any Krispy Kreme donut would. Krispy Kreme donuts are the best ! However on my first visit to the newly opened Stockbridge store, I vow to not return on a Saturday morning. I'm not a morning person, and was slow to rally the agressiveness needed at 9 am to grab a box of donuts coming off the line. Rather than handing out boxes in order of customer's requests, boxes were just handed out by employees to whoever reached out first. The 'type A' personalities came out ahead, while sleepy heads like me - well, it took me 15 minutes to get a box by finally planting myself in front of the case and not moving. Ugh - not a happy way for me to start the morning. My loss I guess - I'll try returning in the evening when I'm more awake, and maybe it will be less crowded. read more

The customer service was terrible. I was the third customer in line for the drive thru. Immediately at the intercom we're asked to hold. No greeting, just hold. Then we waited five minutes, the line had not moved, and I hadn't spoken to anyone. Then she actually comes to the speaker, she informs me that she does not have glazed donuts. I said ok, will you give me the assorted for the glazed price? She said "NO." She proceeded to inform me that glazed doughnuts will not be available for another 45 minutes and that I could wait and get glazed doughnut at glazed prices. This was all at 6:00 AM. KRISPY KREME HAS ONLY ONE JOB TO MAKE DOUGHNUTS AND COFFEE. If those products are not available then why are the doors to this establishment open? Even if they were over booked with call in orders, Management did not prepare properly. I pulled off to go home and get my children ready for school and said I would come back to get doughnut. I NEEDED THE DOUGHNUTS FOR WORK! MY STAFF DOES NOT LIKE DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS. This time the drive thru only have one other car and I wait behind this car for 10 minutes. Then I get to the window and pay for my order and wait another 5 minutes there. I will not be going back to this location. I'd rather drive further up to Riverdale. The Riverdale location is much better. Stockbridge is not a friendly location, no greetings, no smiles. Need more training in customer service skills.
