I've been a long-time Krispy Kreme fan, but after my visit to the Stockbridge, GA location, I'm seriously rethinking that. I ordered one of their cinnamon rolls--something they promote in videos as big, soft, and worth the $2.99 price tag. What I got was a tiny, sad-looking roll that was smaller than the blueberry cake donut I also ordered (which cost less at $2.29). It was dry, overly glazed, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Definitely not fresh, and definitely not what Krispy Kreme advertises. To make it worse, the cashier (Mckynzi) scanned my Krispy Kreme rewards account, and I had a free donut available. She didn't apply it or say a word. Just charged me full price and sent me on my way. Between the overpriced, underwhelming product, the ignored rewards, and the lazy service, I walked out feeling ripped off. This isn't the Krispy Kreme I grew up loving. I consistently want this to be a better experience than it is. There's a team of young folks who run this location and while they are kind and engaging, the efficiency and quality just isn't there. Story time! Settle in. We received an insert in the mail showing their seasonal pumpkin spice menu so naturally we high-tailed it over here first thing Saturday morning! Don't forget the "s" on pumpkins] Back to the point of this review...my husband was out the door at 6am and at this Krispy Kreme by 6:15am. Per the usual (at least with this location), the inside was locked at that hour so he ran some other errands and returned to the drive thru. There he was told that the pumpkin spice donuts were not ready and that he should check back "around noon". Like whooooom is waiting until the afternoon to eat donuts?! WHOM?! Tell me! Who is doing that?? Needless to say, he ended up going to our favorite local small donut shop. BUT because I'm committed to the cause and hubby supports that, we swung back thru here around 1pm. We ended up just trying two of the drinks--a pumpkin spice hot latte and a pumpkin spice frozen latte. Spoiler alert: the frozen was waaaaay better than the hot. According to the barista (using that term loosely) the hot latte contained almond milk, coffee, and whatever pumpkin spice flavoring they use. The frozen was coffee blended with ice mixed with the pumpkin spice flavoring and then topped with whipped cream. We wanted almond milk but I forgot to order it that way initially and when I went back to the counter to request it, he told me it was already in there. This seems like something they should tell you, as it left us concerned that someone with a nut allergy would find this out the wrong way. Anyhoo, the hot drink was watery; 1 out of 10, do not recommend. The frozen drink was *everything*--highly recommend. Most of the pumpkin spice donuts options were out on display when I went in to get the coffees. The pumpkin spice glazed was still not out yet. I inquired again about timing for the pumpkin spice donuts: "say I wanted to come try these tomorrow: what time would they be ready?" The response was consistent: "try around noon." That truly boggles the mind, but I suppose there's something to say for consistency. I might be back here some random day after 12pm this Pumpkin Spice Season to try the donuts. Today I ordered a glazed donut at my local Krispy kreme. When I opened the box of glazed donuts expecting to see eight I saw 12 I talked to the employee about my 12 glaze donuts and she said when you order glazed donuts you can get 12 and she decided to give me 12 and I said wow thank you. When I walked into the restaurant door everything was super clean the vibes was super awesome everyone was super nice and the employee was super kind I speak to the manager saying I had my best time and he said I'm glad to hear that. I used to take my son here from time to time. The last time we went in was in June of 2025. It was on a Saturday. When we walked in there was no other customers at all. We were literally ignored for over 10 minutes as employees walked by us and did not even speak. While we waited 3 other customers walked in and helped promptly. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was pure racism. They were not going to acknowledge me or my son because we did not fit the profile. A guy inside(mind you there were several people standing there talking and he was definitely not a worker) did a little dance and laughed at us pointing to go to our car. Well, the good things are that the employee helping was polite and I did get donoughts. I stopped here hoping to grab a coffee and a sour cream donought. Okay, okay...two sour cream donoughts. The variety donoughts was lacking and they did not have any sour cream donoughts. Further, the size of the donoughts was definitely smaller that what I'm used to a Krispy Kreme. I decided on a blueberry cake, lemon filled glazed....an an original glaze. I figured since they were so small, a third one was warranted. Later, I discovered that there was virtually no lemon filling in the lemon filled glaze. I wanted to order a black coffee with cream but they were completely out of cream. One employee informed their coworker that they were completely out and needed to reorder. No coffee for me. This location is not that great compared to other Krispy Kreme locations. The St. Patrick's Day green donuts were not green the drink that was ordered never showed up. they told me that the drink was given to the Dasher, and to contact DoorDash, and that some of their donuts did come out much lighter than expected but yet you still delivered it! DoorDash is not accepting responsibility because the order was made directly through Krispy Kreme. I called back and she didn't seem to care at all. A waste of time and money! Terrible service overall. This place looks gross just from the drive thru... and I'm only doing a pick up. The employees are laughing and goofing off, most of them sitting in the lobby area eating while a few are handling food and window. The store hours close at 10pm yet the doors were already closed when I got there at 8pm. I pull up to the drive thru and the window has a bunch of dead ants stuck on the outside, I can only imagine the inside. The boy at the window only gave me one part of the order and closed the window and then asked if I needed anything else... I'm missing two drinks and more donuts. Absolutely horrible service from a woman with limited manners named Pamela, according to my receipt. I asked for half of my donuts to be glazed and the other half to be plain. Dear reader... when compared with a glazed donut, is an unglazed donut not the same as a plain donut? Pamela, didn't think so. Pamelas - 'Pams' for short - are unhappy, uptight, know-it-all customer service employees with jobs typically involving a counter or desk and can't help but try to ruin your day. Pamelas are ethnically neutral and unbound by social class, which is unfortunate because it means they are anywhere and everywhere. They range from overly talkative to quiet but all have powerfully emotive faces with expressions that waver between shock, confusion and disgust. Pamelas, unlike Karens and Beckys, are everywhere. And they multiply easily. In fact, Karens and Beckys can become very successful Pamelas. However Pamelas aren't necessarily cut out to be successful Karens or Beckys. Are you a Pamela? Is there hope for the Pamelas of the world? Do Pamelas manifest in moments or do they exist in perpetuity? Are Pamelas born or made? Does time heal or hurt them? I don't know, but until we start to figure it out, keep the Pamelas in the back and away from those of us who like to enjoy our day. Great donuts though. read more

I just got back in town and wanted to take doughnuts to my staff in the morning. I requested 2 dozen glazed doughnuts and 2 dozen assorted doughnuts. Unfortunately I did not open the bag until I drove 45 minutes home. I received 2 dozen glazed donughts, 1 dozen of mostly kreme filled doughnuts, and 1 dozen chocolate covered kreme doughnuts.
