The regular price is $5.79 so getting them free is still a deal! The service was wonderful by the young lady that helped me. We both tried to find my birthday reward in the app but it was acting crazy, so she just asked for my phone number and BAM there it was.... so easy we should've started with that! The place was pretty busy with several pick ups and people eating in. Probably bc the HOT sign was on! The donuts were still the best ever but the iced caramel latte wasn't very good at all. DD has them beat with the iced coffees but KK donuts win hands down! They actual make the donuts in house whereas DD has them brought in. Wow worst customer experience EVER and it's a donut shop... Tried to order a 3 pack and receive my free seasonal donut simple right? No it wasn't!! I asked for 2 Kreme filled and 1 strawberry iced for the 3 pack and the cannoli flavored for my freebie. After 4 tries she finally got them boxed , I paid, and walked out. Took a bite of my Kreme filled only for it to be custard filled after she assured me even after I watched her take it from the wrong shelf that it was indeed Kreme filled. Went back for a refund and holy cow she also also can't do that so the manager came over and did it but this young lady should not be front facing she had on a beenie and ear buds and barely spoke over a whisper and like I said before it took her 4 tries to still give me the wrong donuts( first she only gave me 3 , then she gave me strawberry cake instead of strawberry frosted, then she removed the strawberry frosted and switched it for cannoli once again leaving me with only 3 when I ordered 4 .... I visited during the week and was able to zip through the drive thru in less than 5 minute. If using the drive thru: Be sure to speak up and turn down your music. When I asked when they will be making more so I can come back (running errands is my typical Saturday) I was told they wont be making anymore doughnuts today. I finally got it to take after repeated attempts. I said the card reader is having a problem but he said it's never had a problem and that it was me. As usual, Closed . I went at 9:11 tonight. A sign on the door said only drive thru open, but there are orange cones blocking drive. Two employees inside, one girl red shirt texting on her phone. another cleaning in the kitchen. They are never open and if they are open they have no donuts.... ever. I went for two dozen for the office recently but only got six donuts total, and that was @ 9:30 am. Seriously the most poorly run Krispy Kreme I've ever seen. This location Is horrible. The staff all seem to be Teenagers who could care less and 90% of the time they only have a few glazed donuts ready and nothing else. Twice now we have ordered my daughter a milk with her donuts and they have given us expired Milk. Growing up on Maui, I actually never ate Krispy Kreme like that. Even when we got our own. Since moving to GA, Mo's hankering sometimes gets to him. I don't like giving bad reviews but see the images attached to this review. We placed our order online and came to pick it up. We had to stand in line and wait. Our order wasn't ready. While the lady was packing the order, I noticed she's adding SEVERAL extra glazed donuts (we only ordered 2 lol). When she completes the order, I ask her if they ran out because I saw she had added additional items we did not order. She says yes........ (I mean it would have been courtesy to just ask instead of assuming we wanted random donuts). I asked her if there would be a refund because at this point we had more glazed donuts than assorted. She said we can be refunded but it'll take a while, but it can be done. It made it worse because I asked if she needed to check and see which ones were missing to issue the accurate refund? She says no, she knows which ones are missing, "it's like 2 missing..." - I counted, I believe 6 of them were incorrect. The manager wasn't able to assist is because he was busy. I wasn't going to stand around waiting for 40 more minutes to get a refund that's probably less than $5.00. I think this situation could have been taken care of if she just communicated with us prior to adding random donuts. I've gone here for months and almost every time (at all times of day I've tried) they have literally no donuts besides the super basic ones. Most of the time any type of "cake" donuts are out, the specialty ones are out, and the only ones they have are plain glazed or the "classic filled" ones that look like the regular glazed but have some filling in them. I came up today and saw they had a special on their app. I showed to the lady at the drive through but was very rude about it. She had a nasty personality. So I ending trying to order it online and it worked, but than we waited 15 minutes. We thought it was strange and we showed her the order, and than she said that the order wasn't in the system. But when they decided to give me half baked, 'miniature' glazed donuts that seem to not have been cooked properly. I'd had enough. I have went by there 3 different Sat. around 7-7:30am to get donuts for my co workers and have been told all 3 times no donuts .. What?? They open at 6am- why at 7:30 do they not have any...
