Nothing and I mean nothing compares to an original HOT glazed Krispy Kreme donut.... they melt in your mouth and if you aren't careful you'll have downed 3 lol! I stopped by today to use my birthday coupon (which use to be a free dozen) but due to inflation the coupon is good for 3 original glazed. The regular price is $5.79 so getting them free is still a deal! The service was wonderful by the young lady that helped me. We both tried to find my birthday reward in the app but it was acting crazy, so she just asked for my phone number and BAM there it was.... so easy we should've started with that! The place was pretty busy with several pick ups and people eating in. Probably bc the HOT sign was on! The donuts were still the best ever but the iced caramel latte wasn't very good at all. DD has them beat with the iced coffees but KK donuts win hands down! They actual make the donuts in house whereas DD has them brought in. Oh I didn't know this but they also do birthday parties for kids. Balloons and hats and a cute set up. Any time you see the HOT sign lit up it would be worth your while to stop in and grab 1, 3, 6, or a dozen! read more

Stopped by because of the BoGo offer and got 4 dozens of glazed donuts for the job since it was a few folks last day . Krispy cream did not disappoint even though at first they were telling me it might be a limit on the deal they were still able to accommodate me without any hassle. The service was fast and the donuts was fresh . read more

One of THEE worse!! Customer service horrible! Every doughnut i asked for was out just say you wanted me ri spend $8 on three ice cold seasonal doughnuts! I was told by corporate doughnuts shouldn't be cold and wet it from the how cold the building is. Krispy Kreme - Ice cold shooting shamrock which was all she said they had for $8 - Donuts Near Me - Snellville, Georgia

Service is horrible. The management is bad. Never have what's on the menu except plane glazed that never seems to be fresh.

Wow worst customer experience EVER and it's a donut shop... Tried to order a 3 pack and receive my free seasonal donut simple right? No it wasn't!! I asked for 2 Kreme filled and 1 strawberry iced for the 3 pack and the cannoli flavored for my freebie. After 4 tries she finally got them boxed , I paid, and walked out. Took a bite of my Kreme filled only for it to be custard filled after she assured me even after I watched her take it from the wrong shelf that it was indeed Kreme filled. Went back for a refund and holy cow she also also can't do that so the manager came over and did it but this young lady should not be front facing she had on a beenie and ear buds and barely spoke over a whisper and like I said before it took her 4 tries to still give me the wrong donuts( first she only gave me 3 , then she gave me strawberry cake instead of strawberry frosted, then she removed the strawberry frosted and switched it for cannoli once again leaving me with only 3 when I ordered 4 .... And so on I feel dizzy and still ended up with NO donuts read more

Almost $15 for 4 donuts, and 20 minutes in a drive thru for 4 donuts. Unbelievable. Not worth your money or your time. Then one of the pumpkin spice was stale. The server she was a sweet teenager but was having a hard time keeping up with the orders I guess. My son loves stopping at KK locations but that will be our last one. Fresh location that is busting at the seams on the weekend. The key is to visit during the week or early in the morning on the weekend. I visited during the week and was able to zip through the drive thru in less than 5 minute. If using the drive thru: Be sure to speak up and turn down your music. The street noise can make it bit hard to make your order. Dining Room: The dining room is open (for those who are comfortable dining inside during Covid). Location overall: Located at the front corner of the Lowe's parking lot. One can enter at the traffic light before or after Lowe's. When the drive thru gets lengthy, it can stretch to the Lowe's parking lot. Donuts were fresh today as well! Yummmmm. read more

Doughnuts are ok, they totally shit the bed with their drive through operation. It is a complete dumpster fire, when I finally did get to the window, they tried to give me someone else's order. When I got home the doughnuts were not fresh. They cannot compete with Doughnut King down by 78. Absolutely No Contest.... read more

They play to much!!! I dont know the deal with this place, but the door is always locked and the lines are long, the service is extremely slow we have waited in line for long periods of time and just drove off and they are less than friendly which is why I started exploring other places and based on my recent visit of being trapped in line for to long at 8am, I will continue to explore other places! read more

So the promotion for a free dozen for the graduate? Well, I guess if they were open? Yeah no service at the drive through, the doors locked, with employees inside watching person after person come to the locked door. Thanks for nothing... ive seen this particular shop get bad reviews, now I know why. Sad, just really bad business on their part. I will drive to Athens location before I drive the 15 mins to get to this one. 1 star is too good for this location. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Its 5:55 on a Saturday and there are only 3 types of doughnuts available. When I asked when they will be making more so I can come back (running errands is my typical Saturday) I was told they wont be making anymore doughnuts today. For an establishment that closes at 10 pm you wont make any new doughnuts for the next four hours??? There were a bunch of teenagers fake cleaning and standing around. This location needs a new manager! This was a sad sight to see especially because. Krispy Kreme normally has great service. Not sure why this location is run the way it is. read more

As usual, Closed . I went at 9:11 tonight. A sign on the door said only drive thru open, but there are orange cones blocking drive. Two employees inside, one girl red shirt texting on her phone. another cleaning in the kitchen. They are never open and if they are open they have no donuts.... ever. I went for two dozen for the office recently but only got six donuts total, and that was @ 9:30 am. Seriously the most poorly run Krispy Kreme I've ever seen. They have a great location, great product if they would bother to make them, but they just don't care. They were this way before Covid so it's not due to the pandemic. They hurt the reputation of Krispy Kreme every single day. you know what other Krispy Kreme's do that makes them successful? They make donuts... and then open their store so customers can buy them.... you should try doing that. read more

Smells like sweet surgery crack as soon as you walk In The door.. I've had ok moments here but today one of the guys was rude. After using the card reader with a few different cards. I finally got it to take after repeated attempts. I said the card reader is having a problem but he said it's never had a problem and that it was me. I'm sorry but if a machine that gets multiple cards stuck in it throughout the days. It's gonna get gummed up. I grow tired of these kids with these attitudes. This location Is horrible. The staff all seem to be Teenagers who could care less and 90% of the time they only have a few glazed donuts ready and nothing else. Twice now we have ordered my daughter a milk with her donuts and they have given us expired Milk. One time I order on the app and they " lost" the order and they said the manager would be in in a few hours and she could refund it, I had to end up calling corporate to get the refund because the store manager never called back. It's a shame because we had such high hopes for this location and they turned into a total mess. read more

Growing up on Maui, I actually never ate Krispy Kreme like that. Even when we got our own. Since moving to GA, Mo's hankering sometimes gets to him. I don't like giving bad reviews but see the images attached to this review. We placed our order online and came to pick it up. We had to stand in line and wait. Our order wasn't ready. While the lady was packing the order, I noticed she's adding SEVERAL extra glazed donuts (we only ordered 2 lol). When she completes the order, I ask her if they ran out because I saw she had added additional items we did not order. She says yes........ (I mean it would have been courtesy to just ask instead of assuming we wanted random donuts). I asked her if there would be a refund because at this point we had more glazed donuts than assorted. She said we can be refunded but it'll take a while, but it can be done. It made it worse because I asked if she needed to check and see which ones were missing to issue the accurate refund? She says no, she knows which ones are missing, "it's like 2 missing..." - I counted, I believe 6 of them were incorrect. The manager wasn't able to assist is because he was busy. I wasn't going to stand around waiting for 40 more minutes to get a refund that's probably less than $5.00. I think this situation could have been taken care of if she just communicated with us prior to adding random donuts. I've been in customer service and the food industry before and TRUST me, its better to be upfront and honest. I won't be back on my own dime. And it seems the service here is slow because the cashier's are just adding random donuts and it slows down the line trying to fix the situation. read more

I have not had a Krispy Kreme donut in years. Much to my disappointment the donut lacked in the quality and price. Not worth the $16 price. There are better donut places in the Atlanta area. Won't go back. read more

I've gone here for months and almost every time (at all times of day I've tried) they have literally no donuts besides the super basic ones. Most of the time any type of "cake" donuts are out, the specialty ones are out, and the only ones they have are plain glazed or the "classic filled" ones that look like the regular glazed but have some filling in them. It really sucks to *never* get to try the cool limited ones bc they're ALWAYS out at ANY time of day I go. It's to the point where I have to go and just say "so which ones DO you have?" Bc that's a much shorter list than them telling me what they DONT. read more

I would give this place a negative review if possible. The people there are terrible for customer service. I came up today and saw they had a special on their app. I showed to the lady at the drive through but was very rude about it. She had a nasty personality. So I ending trying to order it online and it worked, but than we waited 15 minutes. We thought it was strange and we showed her the order, and than she said that the order wasn't in the system. She seemed to want us to cancel the order. But we waited and even still she kept asking for our order number over and over. We kept showing her it. After a while she finally decided to make our order. When she gave it to us. She gave it to us in a nasty manor. Terrible customer service. Would advise to go to a different Kristen óreme if possible. read more

I have been disappointed too many times to count from the service and donuts at this location. I'm a southern girl and grew up eating Krispy Kreme. But when they decided to give me half baked, 'miniature' glazed donuts that seem to not have been cooked properly. I'd had enough. I read a comment by another reviewer about a local donut shop and decided to try it out. When I say fresh, delicious, and fluffy! It's a little drive but I didn't mind because of how great the customer service was and how delicious the donuts tasted. I am officially a new customer for life. Try it out for yourself. I do not live around a Krispy Kreme, but I work near this one on Saturday... I have went by there 3 different Sat. around 7-7:30am to get donuts for my co workers and have been told all 3 times no donuts .. What?? They open at 6am- why at 7:30 do they not have any... The staff are teenagers that just don't care- I would fire my staff if they were not doing their jobs... I will be calling the manager today( hopefully will not be a teen) to try and get some answers.. I also had a coupon for a free dozen on my app- went by there on my home around 6:30pm one night and was told they couldn't honor the coupon because too many people had used it, I went back the next day- spoke to a very friendly blonde girl that gave me a dozen for free and explained that the drive thru people are horrible and she was very sorry...
