I visited during the week and was able to zip through the drive thru in less than 5 minute. If using the drive thru: Be sure to speak up and turn down your music. The street noise can make it bit hard to make your order. Dining Room: The dining room is open (for those who are comfortable dining inside during Covid). Location overall: Located at the front corner of the Lowe's parking lot. One can enter at the traffic light before or after Lowe's. As usual, Closed . I went at 9:11 tonight. A sign on the door said only drive thru open, but there are orange cones blocking drive. Two employees inside, one girl red shirt texting on her phone. another cleaning in the kitchen. They are never open and if they are open they have no donuts.... ever. I went for two dozen for the office recently but only got six donuts total, and that was @ 9:30 am. Seriously the most poorly run Krispy Kreme I've ever seen. They have a great location, great product if they would bother to make them, but they just don't care. They were this way before Covid so it's not due to the pandemic. This location Is horrible. The staff all seem to be Teenagers who could care less and 90% of the time they only have a few glazed donuts ready and nothing else. Twice now we have ordered my daughter a milk with her donuts and they have given us expired Milk. One time I order on the app and they " lost" the order and they said the manager would be in in a few hours and she could refund it, I had to end up calling corporate to get the refund because the store manager never called back. I don't like giving bad reviews but see the images attached to this review. We placed our order online and came to pick it up. We had to stand in line and wait. Our order wasn't ready. While the lady was packing the order, I noticed she's adding SEVERAL extra glazed donuts (we only ordered 2 lol). When she completes the order, I ask her if they ran out because I saw she had added additional items we did not order. She says yes........ (I mean it would have been courtesy to just ask instead of assuming we wanted random donuts). I asked her if there would be a refund because at this point we had more glazed donuts than assorted. She said we can be refunded but it'll take a while, but it can be done. It made it worse because I asked if she needed to check and see which ones were missing to issue the accurate refund? She says no, she knows which ones are missing, "it's like 2 missing..." - I counted, I believe 6 of them were incorrect. The manager wasn't able to assist is because he was busy. I wasn't going to stand around waiting for 40 more minutes to get a refund that's probably less than $5.00. I think this situation could have been taken care of if she just communicated with us prior to adding random donuts. I've been in customer service and the food industry before and TRUST me, its better to be upfront and honest. I won't be back on my own dime. I've gone here for months and almost every time (at all times of day I've tried) they have literally no donuts besides the super basic ones. Most of the time any type of "cake" donuts are out, the specialty ones are out, and the only ones they have are plain glazed or the "classic filled" ones that look like the regular glazed but have some filling in them. It really sucks to *never* get to try the cool limited ones bc they're ALWAYS out at ANY time of day I go. It's to the point where I have to go and just say "so which ones DO you have?" I would give this place a negative review if possible. The people there are terrible for customer service. I came up today and saw they had a special on their app. I showed to the lady at the drive through but was very rude about it. She had a nasty personality. So I ending trying to order it online and it worked, but than we waited 15 minutes. We thought it was strange and we showed her the order, and than she said that the order wasn't in the system. She seemed to want us to cancel the order. But we waited and even still she kept asking for our order number over and over. We kept showing her it. I have went by there 3 different Sat. around 7-7:30am to get donuts for my co workers and have been told all 3 times no donuts .. What?? They open at 6am- why at 7:30 do they not have any... But when they decided to give me half baked, 'miniature' glazed donuts that seem to not have been cooked properly. I'd had enough.
