Using my bogo coupon and thank goodness I had it bc the ones I chose were the premium biscoff like the cookies you use to get free on airplane flights ! Anyhow, I had no clue that there were premium bundles and paid $8.85 which equals out to $4.43 each! The biscoff bundlets were absolutely delicious! I gave one to my neighbor as a thank you for his giving me Bosnian beer and he loved it! Of course, the other one was mine all mine ! My new favorite flavor! I remember when they first opened bundlets were $3.50.... inflation inflation inflation plus I'm getting old ! read more

Red Velvet Cake is always on point. Hell every cake is delicious from this bussiness.

Staff is horrible. Will never order delivery or enter that business again. I order 2 small cakes for delivery..$30+ ..they sent it with Uber. Got numerous texts..one showing a picture of what looked like an apartment saying it was delivered. I tried calling the number in the texts..not a working number. Called the store & she told me to email Nothing Budnt Cakes..I said no deliver my order..she hung up on me. I tried calling back..they wouldn't answer. Waited & another person did answer. I told her I spent the money with their location. She said not her problem & then just continued to be rude. I asked for a manager..she said you've got me. I will never spend another penny in that place. Can you imagine how they handle the food? So disappointed. read more

Poor customer service. Went to the Snellville nothing Bundt cake to get my free birthday bundt cake. I had the reward and was trying to redeem it. The girl at the register with glasses and short black hair was very rude. i showed her my free birthday reward and my ID to confirm it was my birthday. She looked at me and said " a course it's your birthday" and rolled her eyes. I asked for the Dubai chocolate cake and she said I had to pay $1.50 for it. i Just asked what the $1.50 was for since it was a free reward. She said rudely "it was for service free". once My cake was packed She throw my bag on the counter and walked to the back. I called her back to ask for a spoon. She came back through the spoon on the counter and walked away. I always Come here for occasions and never been treated this rudely over a free birthday reward. read more

One of my friends have raved about this place and I'm sure she is going to be utterly surprised with my review lol!! I've driven past this place multiple times but figured it was special order only so I never made an attempt to go in. Well after consulting with my friend I decided to go in. The parking is fine. Located right next to vitamin shoppe off scenic hwy. The lobby is really nice and clean. The staff were really nice and pleasant. The menu wa easily viewable with a Normal size menu selection. Most places have an alarming amount of options to choose from. The 2 stars is the cakes themselves. Trash flavor to me. It was super moist almost like clammy is the only way to describe it. It may have been personal choice but all of them were the same - just nasty to me. Love the brand, location, store and staff but will most likely never try them again. They were just not a hit for me. read more

This location has the WORST customer service. This specfic location makes the franchise look bad. They have no type of professionalism. I had a horrible experience purchasing a cake for a friends birthday. I was harassed about $20 bill b/c clearly they can't identify money. Long story short they took my money & didn't apologize because they didn't do their job properly. I did the survey and this was the mgrs response. So with that being said I will never come to this location. read more

Was craving something sweet and realized that I wasn't too far from Nothing Bundt Cake, so I figured I'll give them a try. I've only had Nothing Bundt Cake in Orlando,fl at they're location near I-Drive, but even in GA, this location delivered with a delicious product and excellent service. The frosting was a bit too much for me, so I had to scrape it off (which must mean my taste buds are getting old because I use to love frosting!) but even with just the cake and it's "filling", this small treat was great! read more

As a fellow baker I'm always interested in a good cake, so while visiting Georgia I decided to search for a good bakery. Nothing Bundt Cakes popped up and having seen it on social media before I was excited to try it. They have lot of flavours. We settled on lemon raspberry. I'm an icing lover so I tried that first. It was way too sweet. Tried the cake after. It was moist and the lemon flavour was there but not the raspberry. Overall it was just okay. The icing overpowered the cake. Yes, icing is traditionally sweet but it was way too sweet. And the piping design being on the thicker side definitely didn't help. read more

I have eaten far too many of these cakes, and they have all been fantastic! When I started working in Snellville, I greatly underestimated how many of these cakes I would be consuming - I regret nothing. These cakes are perfect for workplace celebrations, family birthdays, and even fundraisers. I have enjoyed them in all of the above contexts. I have enjoyed the chocolate, the red velvet, the white chocolate raspberry, and the confetti. I have been told that the pecan praline should be my next adventure, and my friends swear by the lemon. All of the cakes I have enjoyed had a perfect texture and density, with great proportions of frosting to cake. They have easy ordering online, and when I have picked up my orders, all Covid precautions have been in place. There are marked spots on the floor to ensure appropriate distancing. The store contains all those little extras that you may need, like cards or candles. All employees have been friendly and professional. We love that they are involved and supportive of the community, particularly local schools. They make enjoying their delicious cake a breeze! We will be customers for a long time! read more

The cakes are good. The staff is disgusting. My one year-old son was asleep in the car and they couldn't walk my cupcakes out 10 feet so that I didn't have to wake him up because they claim they don't do curbside which all over their website it says that they do curbside but my Point here is that there are sometimes in life when exceptions are necessary And I just felt like it wasn't asking for something too big I even said I could meet them at the front of the door and then they asked me to close the door while I was standing there for 25 seconds I won't be back to the store and I won't be ever buying a Bundt cake again especially at the SNELLVILLE LOCATION. Not to mention they hung up on me lol worst customer service I've literally ever had. read more

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Nothing But Bundt Cake on Secnic Hwy. in Snellville, GA that has compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. Firstly, I found it utterly unnescessary and inconvenient that I was required to present my ID when picking up a cake I had ordered online, even though I had the online receipt with me, told them my name and the flavor cake. This only contradicted the convenience that online ordering is supposed to offer. To make matters worse, the customer service I encountered from the so called manager was nothing short of abysmal. When I tried to address my concerns with the manager, hoping for a resolution, I was met with the same level of unhelpfulness. The staff displayed a lack of empathy and willingness to assist, which made the entire process very difficult. manager's dismissive attitude only exacerbated my frustration and left me questioning the competence and commitment to customer satisfaction at this particular Nothing But Bundt Cake. I had my identification, and I would appreciate an explanation as to why it was necessary. Additionally, I realized that picking up a cake for my son a few weeks ago no ID was required. This experience has left me not only dissatisfied with the service but also reluctant to patronize a business that seems to prioritize unnecessary policies over a positive customer experience. I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement, as there's a clear need for a more customer-centric approach at this Nothing But Bundt Cake location. However, I will order and drive to Buford, GA to before going back to this store. read more

The Snellville location has been my go-to for years. They always come through. From a 200 3-tier tower for office employees to a single bunting. They have great tasting bundts, no matter what size, and their service is great. I'm a professional pastry chef and love this place. read more

This was my daughter's 24th birthday. I usually have a cake made ahead of time. This year she asked for something small since she was headed off to cabo the next day. I decided to try nothing bundt cakes, I yelped the nearest location and was suprised i was so close to one. I arrived 20min later with a parking spot right at the door. Such a cute little bakery inside. I took a few pics after asking the female employee at the register if it was ok. There was samples of snickerdoodle cake which was good and very moist. I purchased the cake tower of 3 flavors. Red velvet, lemon, chocolate chip which was perfect size mini bundt cakes for her to enjoy. I checked out and chatted with a few new customers like myself and we all seemed very pleased with our purchases. I will definitely come back to try other flavors. read more

My wife ordered a cake online for our daughter's birthday on August 15, 2025 and scheduled a time to pick it up the following day. When she arrived, there was a line. When it was her turn, the employee checked her ID and went in the back to get our cake. She came back empty handed and told her they were finishing up the decorations, and it would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting almost 15 more minutes, she asked the employee about our cake. She went in the back again, and she comes back out EMPTY HANDED. She said it would be just a few more minutes. As my wife was waiting, more people came in the shop and the line curved around almost to the point of going into the back of the shop. Also, there were others waiting an excessive amount of time to receive their orders. After she had been waiting 40 minutes, she told the employee to just give her a refund for the cake. The employee told her she would need to speak to the manager. She told her okay, she would speak to the manager. Within 30 seconds of my wife asking for a refund, our cake was miraculously ready. Although their cakes taste good, we will NOT be shopping at Nothing Bundt Cakes again. This was beyond ridiculous. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes - The store front - Bakeries Near Me - Snellville, Georgia

I live in Evans Ga and usually go to the Nothing Bundt Cakes in my area. My daughter lives in Snellville with my grand daughters and I decided to use the Snellville location because my experience is ALWAYS superb with them. My grand daughters birthday was on Wednesday and I asked her what she wanted. She told me she wanted a tea party. So I went on Amazon and ordered her a tea party set that was delivered today. I thought it would be a great idea to order bundtini's as well since I've always had a great experience at another location. Well, the bundtini's would be delivered since my daughter does not have a car and would have no way to pick them up. She is also pregnant and has two toddlers. The bundtini's seemed like a good idea because they were to be delivered. Welp... it turned out not a good idea after all. They were delivered with half of them turned upside down and I paid for the extra decorations that were all over the place. I was upset that this would be their first experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes and it was a bad one. I call the Snellville location and spoke with an employee who I advised I could send a pic of the order I received. She called me back, although pleasant, she had to deliver the info from the owner. The info was disappointing. First off... you tell me that you take pics of the cakes when they leave AND the driver said they had no accidents. That is implying that I'm making this up! I sent you a pic of what I received and instead of making it right, they advise me they will replace the cakes if I come get them. I live two hours away and my daughter does not have a car. The employee advised the owner and her response was.. I would have to find a way to pick them up because they were NOT delivering them OR putting the decorations on them. This is very disappointing. I offered to pay for the delivery because there was truly NO OTHER way to get what I paid for. As a business you should want to make a wrong...RIGHT! I would not ever utilize this location for any other events for my grand children again. I'd do better off paying the Nothing Bundt Cakes in Evans and driving two hours to deliver it myself. At this trying time in the economy, businesses are begging for business and you're out here treating your customers like this?! Shame on you.. I'm happy that I'm out here representing my grand daughter, otherwise you would have gotten the nasty version of me and it would not have been pretty...just like my ugly cakes! read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Bakeries Near Me - Snellville, Georgia

New bakery in town!!! First time visiting the Snellville location. I was out picking up vitamins from the Vitamin Shoppe but I noticed the "new business sign". As I drove by I saw an employee standing in the doorway. I stopped and waved asking if they're open. She enthusiastically yelled yes we are:). The entrance is so cute. Pastel colors throughout the inside. I didn't get the employees name but she was super friendly and she offered sample tastings. Lemon flavor Bundt cake was the sample today. It was delicious. Very moist and the cream cheese icing was delish. Not too sweet. So I bought the lemon and red velvet bundtlets. Large enough to share for 2 ppl. They're priced at $3.99 each. Parking is good and well lit at night. If you're interested in Franchising, opportunities are available. Learn more at nothingbundtcakes.com/franchising They also deliver! We ordered and paid online. When we arrived for at our pickup time, this is what we saw. There was no communication from Nothing Bundt Cakes about the possibility of waiting in a line wrapping around the parking lot. It's absurd to expect customers to wait outside in the cold for an order that was prepaid and scheduled. We sought a refund, but we're directed to a phone number that was not answered after several attempts. read more

I've been hearing so much about this place and everyone that knows me know that I'm addicted to sweets. Decided I'd drop in with my daughter because she wanted to go into Ulta which is right across the street. Walked in and looked into the display case, initially I only went in there to get one bundt cake but saw that they had marble, chocolate raspberry, and pecan praline so I decided to get all three, they had a sample of pumpkin to my left that I tried also, and it was pretty good! Well I paid for my bundt Cakes and had to go back in because my sister called me and asked if I could get her a red velvet. So I sent my daughter in to go and get her one. Got home and decided to try a piece of each one, gave my son a piece of each one as well. He started to eat his before I tried mine and I asked him what he thought, he said it was good but a little too soft for him. So I sat down and decided to eat mine, yes it was really soft and moist, they are really good! I enjoyed the pecan praline the more than the other two. Final thought on Nothing Bundt cake is that it's really good but I could do without the icing it's too much for me. As far as going out of my way to get some no. I could just eat it every once in a while. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Variety of bundt cakes - Bakeries Near Me - Snellville, Georgia

We were scheduled to bring dessert treats to our bible study small group of 12. I'd had NBC before at the office some years ago and thought the cakes were amazing, very moist. A new location left several dozen marble flavored bite sized cakes that are called Bundtinis. Luckily I was able to grab a second one before they were devoured by my coworkers. At the sales person's recommendation I decided to get 3 dozen in an assortment of all their flavors: chocolate chocolate chip (which was their free sample of the day in-store), classic vanilla, red velvet (which comes with chocolate chips), white chocolate raspberry, carrot, lemon, marble, pecan praline, and peanut butter chocolate swirl which was the featured flavor of the month. They have nine standard flavors and one feature. To make the numbers work with 36 cakes (four each of 9 flavors) we omitted the confetti one since the sales person said it was almost the same as vanilla just with sprinkles added. Cost was $18.50 per dozen, higher at other locations, $21. I ordered them a day ahead via phone. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. The interior was decorated adorably festive with several NBC swag items (mugs, plates, tumblers, totes) for purchase. We waited about 5-10 minutes for her to bring our order from the back. The boxes were each clothes-pinned with a little card listing the flavors inside. We served them about an hour later. They were a little cold from being refrigerated but a big hit. I don't think we came to a consensus on which flavor was best. All received good reviews. I was the only one who thought the delicious cream cheese frosting was applied with a heavy hand. They suggest you refrigerate them if not consumed in a few hours. We had some cakes leftover and they were still good over the next few days. We simply had to remove from the fridge ahead of time and allow to reach room temperature. On the pricey side but I will definitely return. read more
