Cant really say much about the service. I walked in and wasn't even greeted. I chose to use the kiosk to place my order and had to quickly leave right after. Once I got back my box of cookies was ready and sitting at the counter. The cookies were soft and delicious. They were huge and sharable.

It is in the area close to Publix and Target

It's decent. They need better flavors and more cakes. But I like this location it's really convenient

Definitely not like the pictures you see and I don't think it was cooked all the way tasted more like raw cookie dough.

I'd had this shop marked in places I wanted to try so we decided to check it out. It's tucked away on a little side street, we just about missed it. The lady behind the counter, perhaps the owner, is so sweet! We felt so welcome! And these treats are made with love! From cookies to cakes and a few other sweet treats, she had quite the selection! I was tugged towards the pound cake, or maybe the chocolate layer cake or the pineapple cake but then I saw my Momma's favorite, Italian Cream Cake! It was always so hard to find (and a pain to make) so when I saw that in the display I knew that's the one I had to try. I have no regrets. It's a perfectly balanced cake with the right amount of frosting and mix-ins such as nuts and coconut. It's perfectly sweet and moist. When someone says they want Italian cream cake, this is what they want! Now I know where to go to order my cakes as just from this slice, I can tell this is the spot. A hidden gem in Winder, if you're not getting your cakes here, you are missing out. You gotta check it out!

I have eaten at Savvy's since the 2nd day they were open. I eat lunch there at least once a week…read more Breakfast too. I simply love their food and they deliver, which unless you want a crappy pizza, is unheard of in Statham, GA. Today I placed an online order for breakfast. The same breakfast I've ordered dozens of times. When I got home, I found the order was wrong. I immediately walked back and asked for it to be fixed. To my surprise the employee behind the counter told me I was wrong. She said, I got what I ordered. I said I've ordered this many times, it comes with egg and cheese. Then she said she'd fix it. I spent years in the restaurant business. When an order is incorrect, you remake it. Period. Instead they added the missing elements and gave the order back. I didn't know this til I got home. The bacon and bagel were cold and congealed. I walked back. Things really fell apart when I returned. I asked for it to be re-cooked. I asked for my money back. I asked the young lady to look online at what the sandwich was supposed to have. All I got was attitude and arguments. I admit, I got pretty upset. She kept saying she didn't like like my tone. I kept saying, 'then treat me like a valued customer.' I left the store without my money or my food. An hour later, a policeman shows up at my door. Are you kidding me? He was very understanding and said I was welcome back in the store and that the owner wanted things to remain civil. I wish the owner had been there at the time. I fully admit I could have handled the second visit better, but there's a way you handle customers and not a single employee in the restaurant knew how to do that. I'm not sure I will return to Savvy's. I simply don't want to engage with those two employees again, especially since they clearly don't know the menu or the online system. It's sad really. 4$ worth of food re-cooked would have sent me happily on my way. I'm sure those two girls are calling me a Karen right now. I'm willing to wear that badge proudly in the name of good customer service. Let me remind you again, I left without my money or my food. My money was refunded later that day.

The wait time is a bit long owing to a lack of staff in the kitchen. The best item on their entire menu is their Reuben sandwich. It is outstandingly delicious and well made. There were several regulars that were popping in to get their fresh baked leaves of bread. The owner is a British man with a wonderful personality and accent. We ordered a plain ham sandwich which was hand sliced ham on fresh baked bread, and a Brie, Parma ham, and fig jam sandwich on fresh bread. This is not a fast food restaurant, it's one guy doing everything, and it's worth the wait. This may be the best sandwich I've ever eaten! Everything he does with food is intentional and the quality is second to none. The place is super clean, and you can tell he's glad that you're there to try his food. Some may think that his pricing is high, but rest assured the quality and taste outweigh the price. It's worth the money. He has assorted chips and a variety of cold drinks. My wife and I were visiting, but when we come back this will be the first lunch I eat. Collin (the owner) thanked us for coming. 5 stars all day long.

The menu is extensive and is made up of various baked goods designed in the UK, France, and Italy (and maybe more). Megan had a chicken salad sandwich that had bacon, some fruit, and was on focaccia. Megan enjoyed it a lot. I had some butternut squash soup and a steak pie. Both were mighty tasty. I had a good laugh when the owner said to be sure to use all the gravy. LOL you dont know me, I will take two gravies! We had a few baked goods to go including a pasty, croissant, and a bear claw. These were good but as with all freshly made baked goods you need to eat soon, don't let it linger! Oh yeah, looking at my photos the reason that we went to FWS in the first place was to pick up some baguettes to make banh mi sandwiches, and those were great.
