They have a special right now for honey collection. Paid $19 for cute donuts that have no "honey" flavor at all. Very disappointed.

The store is newly opened so I think part of the issues are due to them still ironing things out. But here's the scoop for as of right now. 1. Donuts - I mean who hasn't had KK donuts before? Classic glazed are my favorite, but they have a decent selection of others. Plus they are freshly made (you can even get glazed ones hot off the machine!) and you can actually watch them being made behind the glass partition. So donuts get 4/5. 2. Drive-thru - We didn't go through it but it looked like a shitshow. The parking lot had tons of cones everywhere which made parking and drive-thru line confusing. The line was also huge. 2/5 3. Coffee - Major disappointment. A kid preparing my coffee (he looked like he was 12) had no idea how to make a latte and was actually looking up the recipe in their book. Eventually had to ask somebody else. Then the machine was out of beans... long story short, it took 10 minutes to get my coffee. And then another 10 minutes to be even able to drink it since the temperature was close to lava. The latte tasted very milky. Definitely 1/5 read more

When I leave reviews, I try hard to be observant, not emotional or judgmental. I drove 25 minutes to go to the Krispy Kreme in Sandy. Earlier in the week I had tried their apple fritters, and fell in love! I drove out there this morning, and was told they make them occasionally, not all the time. Okay. But, why not post that and let customers know? Yes, it's on the menu but no place is it posted that this product is sometimes available, not always, but sometimes. Randomly available, not consistently. (I may have gotten just a little emotional right then.) My point is, if it's on your menu you should have it. If not say, "We have it sometimes, not consistently, just whenever we want to have it. You our customer, will just have to deal with it." I delt with it. I'm settling for the lemon filled! read more

You go here and they'll tell you they don't have anything, the employees have attitude and are super slow, and the line blocks traffic on the 4 way stop. I can say from most of the times I've been here I have not enjoyed the service at all. read more

I would avoid this place for a couple months while they figure out what they're doing. First time I went it was Friday night about 7 and they had run out of glazed doughnuts. They told me it would be a half hour. Second time I went I took the kids with their report cards. No one there knew anything about giving the kids a doughnut for having a good report card so I bought a dozen and pretended that they gave us some for their hard work. They also don't give out doughnuts while the light is on and I'm pretty sure the doughnuts are shrinking. read more

Zach, Sam, and Jessica are awesome! I have been to this location 3 times now and the customer service is better than any other location I've been to. Always travel 20 minutes out of our way just to come here. My boyfriend was even joking with them in the drive through and they went right along with it. Best donuts around. They say the store opens at 6am, I have been 4 or more times in the last few months and they are never open at 6 am, there was an employee outside one time, I asked are you open they said idk. Really? They are rude, I have drove to the window because they ignore the drive up. Ask if they are open, they say the donuts are not ready. Really horrible customer service. They need some kind of management or owner to come I and fix the situation at this store. I stopped going to it. read more

If you want to find the worst Krispy Kreme location where the employees are moody teenagers, they get your order wrong every time, they're out of almost everything, and they close unexpectedly during the day without warning, then this is the place! You never know what you're going to get here. We've been a few times and each time we had a terrible experience. Not worth the calories. Go elsewhere. read more

I visited the sandy location today. They were very busy and i waited about 30 minutes to place my order. When I went pay with my credit card, there machine went down and I didn't have any cash on me. They were very apologetic and gave me my order for free. My son and I always visit this location and have always been greeted with a smile and excellent service. I usually absolutely love Krispy Kreme. It's one of the only desert places open in UT on a Sunday, so we came for a couple OG glazed and they were completely out! 3 hours before closing and they had only 4 types of donuts. There were quite a few people waiting in line inside and several cars in the drive through. Why not make enough donuts to last the day?? Left very disappointed. read more

Although the donuts were good, the service and employees are not. We called and asked how late they were going to be open before we arrived and when we were there. Both said the same reply - 10 pm. Then, shortly after all of our family arrived, they promptly started sweeping before 8 pm and said they were closing early. The same employees that told us upon arrival that they close at 10 pm. They then locked all the doors then finally kicked us out at 8:15. Terrible employees and service. If they would have told us before on the phone, or even when we asked a second time when we arrived that they were closing at 8 pm, we would have chosen another place to celebrate with family. read more

We continue to be disappointed by the Sandy Krispy Kreme location. Even though we receive daily emails advertising one special or another, we arrive at the store with fingers crossed that they will even have enough donuts to fill our order. Often they have no original glazed donuts even when the hot light is on. It doesn't seem that they are serious about being in business. We'd like to know what gives. read more

This is actually the worst location I've ever been too! After waiting in a very long line they were out of chocolate cream vanilla cream and pumpkin spice all three donuts we were excited for! My husband and he was always at work was with me since it was a Saturday and I had asked if he could try one warm our Burbank store served warm always had half samples or full. A employee went to give him one The guy from behind said no we don't give samples. His name is Shawn he was the supervisor. The lady behind us said give him the sample you have none of the donuts they just waited in line for! He said nope. Already contacted corporate. Wow I just got to tell you how good the donuts were here we had a guy Justin was so nice to us and made us feel like we were movie stars. We got some donuts from shawn and he it was really funny and made us laugh so we bought more donuts. Lol read more

I have been to Krispy Kreme in the past, in 3 different States. This place is a mess! Garbage everywhere! I understand they are new, but that is not an acceptable excuse! This is poor management! I personally think that when they are served hot, that is when they taste the best. But once they have cooled down, they are OK. Hot, they are amazing!! Tonight we decided to stop in, not because of Black Friday( which we don't do ), just because we had dinner down the street. The filled style donuts were just coming out so that is what we wanted. And to make it easier, we didn't want them filled just plain. We ordered 4 of those, we were told they could not do that. So I asked why, and was not giving an answer. So I asked again, they went and asked another person and came back and said "no because we need to sell them"! Lol!! I was under the impression that I was there to buy, not get them free! Went to Pay and decided to ask again, they finally asked a manager which agreed to sell them to me. I am still trying to figure out why they wouldn't just sell them to us?!? Being a business owner, I would want sell especially since the customer is there. Another thing that I heard people comment on was the fact that free donuts were not given out to kids like at the other location. I thought that was a company wide practice. Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of Krispy Kreme's donuts. By far my favorite! However their customer service could use some improving. While selecting donuts to complete a dozen i could barely hear the girl who was grabbing putting my box together. She got my order wrong and i had to repeat it multiple times to her. Not only that i told her i wanted another small box of half dozen donuts on top of the dozen and she totally neglected that. She just took the dozen and rang me up, forgetting the rest of my order.
