Doughnuts are usually good from here but service is bad if this one individual is present. I want to emphasize most of the workers here I've encountered are nice/pleasant. However, this is the second time I've encountered this one employee and the first encounter was a few years prior and they are exactly the same hostile individual. First encounter was I wanted to use my birthday reward which I had used before and the next year afterwards perfectly fine. I was left a little appalled the first time of his rudeness but everyone has a bad day-- I get it... however, I recently went again to pick up an online order from TooGoodToGo (once again have never had issues using the app here) and he immediately got irate because he couldn't find the order. The other people on staff knew what to do and were genuinely very kind about it despite dealing with their short fused coworker. Polished review: I came to Krispy Kreme specifically to try their marketed cinnamon rolls. I was significantly disappointed when I arrived and found they were hardened, unappetizing, and reduced to tiny pieces of dough. This product needs proper quality control and clear accountability--or it should be removed from the menu entirely. Krispy Kreme is such a classic and nostalgic spot! This location has been here forever. The service was excellent! The employee Sarah was so sweet and helpful! The inside was clean and they have plenty of seating. They also have a good amount of options! I only gave it a 3 because their donuts are not my favorite. Leslie: Nothing What kind of customer service requires me to tell you that I know about your promotion and, therefore, you should honor it. Firstly, if the promotion is a dozen donuts for $5 when the hot now light is on, I should be able to place my order and get them for the promotional price. I shouldn't have to tell you I know about the promotion. Secondly, a coupon is not required to take advantage of the promotion, so why did she ask me for one? I visited Krispy Kreme and placed an order on the drive through. The lady in the drive through made my order. She had on gloves and used the paper to pick them up. I could also see another employee, a guy, making orders. I'm assuming it was for inside customers. He had on gloves, but I saw him grab his pants on both sides to pull them up. Krispy Kreme held a wonderful event today. If you brought in 12 pounds of beads to donate, you received a dozen glazed donuts. My kids and I gathered up our Mardi Gras beads and brought them in. Parking was easy and there were several volunteers ready to help out....from offering to get us a shopping cart, to holding doors open. There were signs all over leading us to the right spot.
