I wasn't sure what cookies to get as I've never had insomnia before, but I decided to order the salted caramel and chocolate chunk. However, if you're lucky enough to live within their delivery parameter, you can just bypass the line and have them bring it to you. Depending on the time of day you head over there, they may be out of the flavor(s) you're looking for. I seem to always hit them when they're out of what I'm looking for, however, you can often find a suitable replacement as you really can't go wrong with most of their foods. Such a fangirl when it comes to Insomnia Cookies. For years in college, I watched in agony as my internet friends indulged in warm, gooey cookies from this place. The cookies are served warm on the inside and chewy on the outside. My regular favorite may be the classic chocolate chip, but I go for the s'mores deluxe cookie when I'm feeling real fancy. Yesterday I ordered delivery for the first time, which was super speedy. I winded up ordering the two cookies and a milk combo as well as a deluxe cookie with a scoop of ice cream. I like that they put the ice cream in a separate container so it doesn't melt while transporting. I first found out about this place in an Eater New Orleans article last year so I was pretty excited to finally try this place out almost a year later.
