Fresh and hot donuts, plus fresh and hot coffee. The machine was just spinning up with fresh donuts as we walked in for coffee so of course, we had to get a donut that was not even a minute old before we enjoyed it. Yummy! The store is clean. Creamers and sugar station was stocked properly. I even got a paper hat. [Review 1113 of 2024 - 3611 in North Carolina - 22139 overall]

Not the most fantastic set of KK donuts I've ever bought.
    Wayne L.

Donuts were more or less what I expect from Krispy Kreme. Not great, but about normal. I was too late for hot donuts, but was early enough to go inside to look at the donuts I was picking, except the door was locked an hour before the signs said they closed the dining room. Signs were consistent between both entry doors ( I tried both) and even a sign on the drive through window. I questioned the worker at the order box and she said yes they were open in the drive through but not the dining room. When I got to the window, I got her to lean out the window and see that the sign said they should still be open. She said she would mention it to somebody, but based on the reviews I see here, I would not expect them to change it.

Won't let you redeem this reward at store for a dozen donuts of your choice - said no and charged us $15 instead.

It's been a while since I updated my review. We love Krispy Kreme donuts but continue to dislike this location. We earned rewards and the right to pick a dozen donuts from the menu. We picked out the donuts today and went to redeem the code from our rewards only to be denied. Reward says pick any dozen donuts. The website says pick any dozen donuts. Worker said you can't use the reward for the dozen you picked. We paid $15 and went to car. 4 of the donuts were wrong - went back in and they realized we were right and gave us the 4 wrong donuts. Came home and checked the website - even went as far as calling the other location in Stratford to verify our reward. Fact - Stratford said you can pick any dozen donuts. This location won't even pick up there phone. My problem with this location predates the pandemic. The location is dirty and disorganized- they are often out of specific donuts. Previously they wouldn't sell donuts out of display because they didn't want to make more or have to work on the display throughout the day. I get it - times are tough - workers are hard to come by and business is down. We continued to support - earned the reward - and simply wanted to redeem it. We followed rules - have earned and used this reward before and are not new to this business. Couldn't be handled in store - didn't get mad - simply paid and left. Called to handle and no one picks up the phone. Called the other location to verify we weren't mistaken and confirmed this location doesn't understand their own rewards program. I included the reward pic with my review. Tell me I'm wrong.

Idiotic set up. Drive through blocks exit from parking lot.

On the positive side, it is Krispy Kreme. If you like Krispy Kreme, then this is your place. On the other hand, it is just Krispy Kreme. People in Clemmons seem like they have never been to Krispy Kreme before. The crowds OMG! Definite star deduction here for the completely idiotic setup of the drive thru and parking. If there are two cars in the drive thru then the parking is blocked. Not sure who dreamed up that organization.

Pulled up at 10:22. Closing at 11. Was not selling any donuts or coffee. Only bottled drinks and chillers.

I circled and saw a sign that said "We Are Open!" so I pulled in and went inside. It was 9:58am and I was afraid that maybe I was there as they were just opening, but their hours online are earlier than that. One couple also parked and entered before me. They ordered and then it was my turn. Two more people came in after I ordered and from start to finish it was a 15 minute experience to get an overpriced latte to-go. The server was nice and friendly, but so slow. This is not the place for anyone who has somewhere to be. They have a play area for kids over to the side, but there are only small windows that you would not be able to see in if someone were sitting at the tables in front of them, so that kind of defeats the purpose of allowing kids to play while parents rest and have coffee with a friend. There was plenty of seating and natural light. It's decorated beautifully. I tried the Salted Caramel Banana Latte and it was okay. It wasn't my favorite coffee I've ever had and a huge turnoff was the fact that it was a 20 ounce latte (a lot of shops offer a 24 ounce as their large size) and it was $9.00! That is insane to me! I am glad I tried it, but unfortunately I can't waste time or funds like that again.

I passed on the food (it seemed overpriced), but the coffee left no room for complaint. I went with a marshmallow iced latte. It was prepared quickly, and it made for a smooth sip: not too sweet and no acidity. Winston-Salem has no shortage of places to grab a drink of the caffeinated or alcoholic varieties, but it's hard to beat the atmosphere that The Remedy has to offer.

Today, I went to Oasis at the Mill for a delicious Velvet Fog chaga- & kava-infused drink. I also booked a Vibro-Acoustic Therapy session for the first time! I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting!
