If you can snag a hot, right-off-the-icer conveyor belt glazed Krispy Kreme donut, you can't get much better than that. And that is relatively easy to do at this location. The store is starting to show its age and could use a remodel. But Krispy Kreme hasn't exactly been on a roll the past few years either. The in-store crew is friendly. The donuts are good. The hot donuts are great. This location is a reminder of just how good those Krispy Kreme donuts can be. read more

I love Krispy Kreme ----but Not this location. It's a management issue. First, the red light for hot donuts must be disconnected as I have never seen it lite. Final straw was at 7 am and bought a dozen as a gift. Was under a deadly me and dint check them until in the car. They were cold --NOT room temp but cold like they had been stored overnight in a cooler. They literally had moisture on top. I had 2 in a bag and one bite lead to disposing If it. The dozen was intended as a gift but they were dropped in a trash can. I wrote corporate and they offered a free dozen if I signed up on their app!!!! I certainly did not want to be bombarded with mail and notice after this. Compote guy was nice and tried to to a degree Local management remained silent. They don't care. I know it sounds like an overstatement but a Walmart donut would be as good as what was sold to me that day. read more

ordered a dozen with a 3 hour notice, the man said we didn't know what was suppose to be in this box.. got home and they gave us old...cold...hard..stale.. nasty donuts. not fresh, old hard donuts.. wrote to krispy kreme for a refund so we will see if they care... waste trip & money... read more

Bf informed me of free donut because the light was on and it was literally like Christmas and being told Santa's real or something and it was so magical to be told that it was so exciting to go and get a free donut and I don't know if that affected my tastebuds but i genuinely believe it was the best donut I've ever had in my life. Now it's tradition to always stop by if the light it on and it continues to be the best donuts I've ever had. read more

Unfortunately we ordered two glazed raspberry filled donuts through drive-though. They were stale and soggy. This is the second time we've stopped here in the last month. The first time we we're also disappointed in the quality of their donuts. We will take our business elsewhere from now on. read more

What's not to like about KK? As soon as I walked in the door, they were already placing a hot donut into my hand. Of course, for research, I had to get another one to-go. This I ate as I was walking to the car and this one was not hot. Not sure why that was the case. Anyway, KK is always worth a visit and a sharp U-turn when you see that red sign illuminated. read more

When did they go to 26 dollars a dozen??!!?? No hot light!! Still tasty and good service. Just had sticker shock since it's been some time since I stopped in. read more

This location has really gone downhill. It's terribly dirty outside and inside had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. If you're ordering, skip going inside to look at the selection and just go through the drive through. read more

Terrible. I bought a dozen for my work team this morning and when I opened the box, I was embarrassed. They weren't fresh. Very small. Tasted like the sugar on the chocolate donuts had not been properly mixed in. I've never been so disappointed in a dozen donuts. $15 for a dozen (including tax) isn't cheap. read more

Krispy Kreme might as well close their doors for the crap their selling these days. Other donut shops put you to shame! Your tiny little donuts have a big price and no flavor. Goodbye! read more

Got at this location 530 Sunday morning took a dozen plus donuts home only to my surprise they were all day old donuts. I was not informed they would not be fresh at the time of purchase or I will not have bought them. read more

Very disappointed in our Valentines Donuts and wouldn't recommend these. Usually we get fresh donuts, these were stale to the taste. We were excited to take a bite of the heart shaped donut only to be greeted by staleness for all donuts and no filling for one. We were so disappointed that we felt like it wasn't worth going back to try a new batch of these. read more

Krispy Kreme - a variety of donuts in a box - Donuts Near Me - Bentonville, Arkansas

Tip for Krispy Kreme: how about hiring someone more friendlier to children??!! My daughter was playing with the crayons when this older lady took it away from her. Then she proceeded to lecture us about how it is her job to provide samples (which we never got) and crayons for coloring some Halloween pictures. Then she warned us about how we need to give the pictures to her after we are done. She chased down a couple with a 2 year old that wanted to keep the picture she colored and knocked on the window! She treated everyone this way - she is just awful. Donut are similar to all Krispy Kreme. Stick to the drive thru or don't interact with this older lady for a better experience. Then it's just a pretty good place. read more

Well to start when the res light is on they are passing out hot fresh doughnuts. Warms soft sticky donuts. The bad part is you then wait in line to buy a drink.. not sure this is a good place to visit when you are dieting but less than a week into the new year I tossed the new year new you resolution. Krispy Kreme - Free donuts when the light is on. - Donuts Near Me - Bentonville, Arkansas

the prices are ridiculous. the products are good though. coffee is good but not worth the drive from Fayetteville. So once every four months is about all I can afford. Mexican pan dulce is less expensive and has an extensive variety of choices, jus sayin. read more

Hot donut-y goodness, there's nothing quite like a fresh Krispy Kreme. Unlike some locations, there is a proper assembly line here where you can watch the entire process of donut manufacturing awesomeness, from the extractor to the proofer, the boiler (flip, flip, flip!) to the dripping sugar cascade. And then you get to the front of the line, a smiling Krispy Kreme employee is there with a ten-second-old-donut ready for you to enjoy. Free! Decent coffee and some great donut flavors, don't just have the plain glazed (which, yes, is awesome). You can get a nice box of assorted. Be sure one of them is "triple chocolate" - chocolate "kreme" filling with chocolate icing and brownie crumbles. Sugar shock! Yes, I said "awesome" a bunch of times. Deal with it. We're talking about Krispy Kreme here! read more

Service was seriously lacking and the donuts were stale! In the past I've really enjoyed Krispy Kreme but not the last couple of trips here.

Let's be upfront here - this this Krispy Kreme is nothing terrible and nothing amazing at the same time. Assuming you come here expecting this then you should not be disappointed. The donuts are ok and the amount of filling in some of the donuts is borderline ridiculous. I've now been here a couple of times and both times I left feeling bleh, regretting the sugar overload. If you're looking for a grade "A" pastry then I would keep looking. Would I go back? Yes (if it was the only option) Would I recommend? No read more

Not a fan of the coffee, but when the sign is lit, so are the donuts. The parking/Drive thru situation is a little tricky when it's busy, but if you need a donut bad enough, you'll work it out. Prices are reasonable and location is convenient. read more

Bad service, and original glazed donuts were cold, hard, and stale. Worst donuts ever had. I don't know what happened; they used to be so good. This was on my birthday too. Now they only make the mini glazed donuts fresh in the morning and charge a lot for them. read more

Overall all not bad, busy busy morning with church rushes, we ordered the $16.99 dozen glaze and pick your own. At check out I was informed the pick my own did not include my holiday donuts and was charged individually so my $16.99 turned out to be $32 after we got milk(s) read more

There's only one thing to say- Come Back when the HOT NOW light is on. That's the only time you should ever eat a donut, when they are HOT NOW. Other wise there should be another sign that's says COLD NOW. And those donuts should be re-heated and put back under the HOT NOW sign. So, come back later. read more

Rude long-haired employee (no net) didn't give me the hot donuts I ordered in the parking lot out front. Then when he tried to give me a box off the back counter that had been sitting since before I walked in (I can see through the gigantic window), I told him they weren't hot. He then tossed them across the counter, and proceeded to put a glove on his right hand, literally touched every single finger of the glove with his left hand putting it on..then picked up hot donuts with the glove (instead of the stick) and threw them in the box..and slapped them on the counter. I'm disgusted, and needless to say..NOT Eaton the donuts. read more

I don't believe in donuts. They are gross and sweet and yucky. I know, I know, call me crazy but I rather waste my calories on french fries or cheesecake. Donuts do not do it for me! Say that three times fast! Anyways, my sister loves all things carcinogenic, so she insisted that we drive through Krispy Kreme. The woman who took our order was kind enough to tell us that if the "HOT" sign was flashing, we could simply walk inside and retrieve one free donut per person. How awesome is that? If I was homeless, I would sleep in their dumpster and just stumble in every few hours! read more

Utterly disappointed. Placed an order for 3 dozen donuts yesterday at $13.49/dozen for my son's birthday. Went to pick the donuts up today and received an e-mail today stating donuts were $8.99/dozen. The store was getting ready to close when we arrived and when I asked if they could help with the price difference, the employees acted like I was an inconvenience and told me nothing could be done. Every person with a brain knows that's not true, but yet they refused to make it right. I've loved Krispy Kreme for many years, but they lost my business tonight. I won't go back due to their lack of care. read more

Look I understand it's covid times but I don't see what having covid or not having covid has to do with giving away the free donuts when the light is on they no longer give away the free donuts because of covid. I really think that is an excuse because they sell donuts don't they? So you can buy donuts but they can't give you a free donut? I won't be coming back here ever again I suggest you try Royal donuts or a family-owned business rather than a corporation for donuts read more

I've been to many Krispy Kreme's and this is the worst! Donuts were old and rock hard from being refrigerate. While I understand the "light" was not on, these donuts had been refrigerated overnight and sold the next day. Ordered online so I guess they thought they got one over on me. Not worth my money, local shops are better! read more

Sometimes you just need a doughnut and Krispy Kreme never lets you down. Their original glazed is the perfect doughnut. Perfect size, not too heavy and delicious! I have only done the drive thru at this location, but you can go in as well to order and sit down. You can watch them make the doughnuts too - fun for kids! I'm usually an original glaze girl, but the other ones I've had are really good. The cruller is more cake-like and delicious! It is always hard to buy just a few, when it is relatively cheap to buy a dozen! Haha. read more

When the sign is on, the glazed donuts are going through the machine all hot and fresh and oh so good! They practically melt in your mouth. Just walking through the door they will give everyone a free glazed off the line. :) The employees were very nice, the line moved along fast, everyone was happy and cheerful. I stick to the classics... A couple glazed donuts and a cup of coffee. What better way to start the morning? read more

YUM hot donuts! I have a hard time driving by when that red sign is on. It's like a beacon saying "Laura you deserve some hot, delicious donuts today...you must stop!" While I usually go through the drive-thru I have gone in with the kids. The inside is really cool so it's worth the time to checkout. You can watch the donuts being made, kids get 1950's style paper hats and the place is usually quiet so if the kids get a little loud it's ok. They have done a great job keeping the old skool vibe and making the shop an experience beyond just the amazing donuts. Have I mentioned that they're amazing? I love to try the flavors but remain a solid fan of the traditional glazed, hot version. Service is usually fast and friendly. Enjoy!! read more

Imagine being offered a complimentary and hot off the tray sugar glazed donut the minute you walk through the door. Who doesn't like doughnuts? The folks behind the counter were kind as I wrangled my kids up to pick out their sugar bomb of choice. Of course, the kids got a fee glazed doughnut while I paid and we sat inside the store. But still, who doesn't like a doughnut every now and again? read more

I went to buy their hot and ready donuts when the sign was on and after I paid I looked in my box and all the donuts were not hot and ready when I asked they said they were cleaned out and it's to much effort to turn the sign off..... wow.... This is not a review of the donuts, I love Krispy Kreme, but this location is horrible!! Every time I go there they mess up the order. Yesterday was no exception, and we will not be back, which is unfortunate, as this is the only KK in the area. My husband and I stopped by to grab 2 coffees and some donuts. We decided to try the new pretzel caramel whatever donut and it was amazing, as with all their other donuts. But that being said, we got the wrong order twice. We had to park and wait, they brought us the wrong coffee, the wrong donuts, and were really rude about THEM messing up. It was a very off putting experience, and unfortunately, it was the third off putting experience we have had at this place, so we wont be back. read more
