I finally tried the "infamous" donuts and I was like okay I see why there is a buzz for these donuts. I tried the raspberry filled donut and wasn't too impressed but the glazed is off the chain. These dang donuts are always sought after by my other half. Fat boy treats. read more

The lady taking orders was absolutely the RUDEST. She does NOT need to be working here.

I'm not a huge fan of Krispy Kreme but I've come here for this red velvet doughnut, and let me tell you it tasted really good. I would come back to get the specialty, or different seasonal doughnuts, but not on the regular, just isn't my type of doughnuts I care for. read more

A classical donut, always consistent and delicious. We came at noon so they weren't making any new warm ones, but if you can eating a glazed donut warm is the best. read more

This Krispy Kreme location was good to me. The donuts were fresh, and the kitchen from what I saw looked very clean, that's all I can ask for. I'll return here sometime when I'm in the mood for donuts. read more

they are super rude never going back again a lady had a attitude with my mom the donuts may be good but the service isn't

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in YEARS and when my friend was driving past and I saw the hot sign lit up, I begged them to stop. They didn't offer a single hot donut to either of us, and since it's been 15 years, I'd forgotten that to get any in your box you order glazed, which they didn't tell me either. So no hot donuts for me. read more

Today is Tuesday 10:00am the cashier women has a serious Attitude problem. Very rude didn't even have any customer service she didn't say thank you or have a nice day. I did say thank you. Hahaha what a joke she needs to be retrained in the service industry. She just put my recipes down and walked away... I was extremely nice till the end. Can you fire her? Hahha what a joke never coming here again. If the manager is reading this go talk to your employees and tell them to greet the customers when they enter the store and when they leave the store. read more

Maps said this location closes at 10pm. Came by and the doors were locked at 8:22pm?? Seems there are other people who had the same problem. What's up with management here? read more

Donuts are pretty good, but customer service is awful. I speak for the drive thru. I have manners and they don't. I can say please and thank you and they ignore you completely. I repeat myself and they still ignore you. Makes me think twice when coming here. read more

I ordered two items here: a donut and a large coffee. When I got to the window and paid, I received a rather small looking coffee. Waited a couple more minutes and the cashier came back to ask what else we had. After I reminded them I ordered a donut, they handed it to me rather quickly because it was by the window the entire time. As I drove off I tasted the coffee and it didn't have the flavor (or any flavor) I asked for in it. So I spent $4 on a coffee I ended up throwing away. The donut was good though. read more

When I come to Krispy Kreme (which isn't often at all) I'm typical getting donuts for my team at the office and I'm usually using a coupon, which is always a plus. This past visit was no different. I had a BOGO Free on a dozen original glazed donuts. I always use the drive thru which is super convenient. The donuts were warm, fresh and sinful as always. My coworkers certainly enjoyed them. It's a great deal if you're taking for a group. 2 for the price of 1!! By lunch time I finally ate 1 and was quickly reminded why KK became a "Crack" addiction for so many when they first opened stores in North TX. Those donuts are a problem!! And unfortunately one so many of us are willing to solve. Gonna stop typing before more saliva drips on this review. read more

Stopped by at 850pm to get some donuts. Tried going in to order and the doors were locked. Your website indicated that dine is available until 11pm. Then tried the drive-through, however your establishment was out of glazed donuts. Still over 2 hours before you close and no glazed donuts? Are the employees making their own rules? read more

While they're advertised to stay open until 11 p.m., they locked the doors at around 6:30. We were inside talking awhile, and they told us we had to exit the seating area at 8 p.m. We saw person after person coming to try the doors and it was never apparent why they closed so early. When we asked they would not respond to us. It was all very odd. read more

What can I say about Krispy Kreme Doughnuts that has not been said? I'll try. Are you concerned with your health? DON'T COME HERE. Do you want one of the best doughnuts you've ever had? Get yourself here. Deep fried sugar glazed goodness that is second to none. Dang, now I'm hungry. read more

I came all the way from Michigan to get some Krispy Kreme because they don't have one close to me back home, all I ordered was a caramel iced coffee and A GLAZED DONUT. And they fucked up. How the hell do you fuck up a glazed donut. Never coming back. read more

Krispy Kreme - I'm allergic to peanuts. - Donuts Near Me - Arlington, Texas

I worked here in high school. I still cringe when I drive by this location! Maybe its just the nighmare of scrubbing layers of glaze off my clothes, but I didn't even like this place before I started working here. Ill admit two of the stars are for the holy grail of donuts that is only available once a year- pumpkin spice cake in the fall. I could literally eat 6- I've done it before! I just need a lot of milk.. I do like that they expanded the beverage options- I had a iced coffee that was pretty decent the last time I drove through. I used to love the hot cocoa- but I like mine made with milk and they don't do that anymore- its just powder and water. They have a monthly rotation for doughnuts- all I know is the pumpkin starts in October- all the other monthly flavors are irrelevant! read more

Props to Krispy Kreme for participating and offering any donut of your choice during National Donut Day. The line was long however the workers were friendly. Single donuts are 0.99c each while the premium donuts run 1.29 each. Their fresh glazed donuts are my favorite. If you have left over donuts, I recommend microwaving for a quick 5 seconds to get it soft again. read more

There's no place like Krispy Kreme. There's no place like Krispy Kreme. Have you ever noticed that the Krispy Kreme donuts sold in stores have NOTHING on the ones that are made fresh at the Krispy Kreme donut factory? Lately I have had a huge donut craving and I've been driven crazy with desire. Krispy Kreme is the only donut place that satisfies. The donuts are almost indescribable. Krispy Kreme has this unique ability to create a warm, soft, gooey, yeasty donut that never tastes fried. I don't know how Krispy Kreme does it. This is the only location near us. I'm thankful it is, otherwise I'd have to drive 30 minutes for the Dallas Krispy Kreme. Service is speedy here, especially through drive through. You can't beat paying around $8 for a dozen assorted donuts (you can choose which ones!) and a little less than that for the orginal glazed. Every once in a while they advertise specialty donut flavors, but I love that Krispy Kreme's biggest sellers are its classic donuts. The menu isn't huge, but the quality is, and that's all I ask for. read more

The hot sign was on so of course I had to stop and get some freshly baked glazed doughnuts. I also got a lemon files for in the morning because it is my favorite! The lady working the register seemed to be very timid and shy. Not so sure she should be the front line of defense when she can barely realise her voice to greet the customers. read more

If you are a diabetic or don't like sweets, stay away from here. But, if you have a sweet tooth with a craving for a doughnut, this is the place to go. If you can catch the hot doughnuts off the conveyor belt, they will literally melt in your mouth. I like the simple glaze doughnuts the best, but there is enough of a selection of other flavors to satisfy just about anyone. There is no question that these doughnuts are the best around and worth the drive if you are located a distance away. Don't go here when you are on a diet. If you do, you will no longer be on a diet and I don't want to know how many calories or how much fat is contained in a Krispy Kreme Doughnut. That would ruin everything. We can all splurge once in awhile. read more

The doughnuts are delicious, make no mistake. But if you can't keep product stocked and ready, what's the point. Came today for special on glazed doughnuts. Myself and a lobby full of people were told it'd be 1 1/2 minutes, but have been waiting over 10 minutes for doughnuts, not cool when you're on your way to work. Don't have promotions if you can't meet the demand! read more

I really don't want to give them 2 stars but I don't think it is fair to the other employees that are nice. Last Friday I purchased 3 dozen donuts for my first class and the lady at the window was SO RUDE! I tried to ask her for extra napkins and she shut the window in my face when I was mid sentence. When she handed back my debit card, she tried to hand me the card, the receipt and the donuts all at once! When I got everything settled in the car I turned and she had already slammed the window, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I knocked on the window and asked for napkins (zero in the bag for 3 dozen donuts) you would have thought I called her what my brain was thinking. But no, I was nice, told her thank you and to have a nice day. Guess what she did? Give up? She made a noise and I got the window closed again. Some people should not work in customer service. read more

I grew up with a little donut store down the street from me that was always old donuts. So when I entered the doors of Krispy Kreme for the first time, I honestly just stood there and inhaled in the aroma of the freshly made donuts. I have never seen the process of donuts being made and as a young adult, I smiled like a child when I got to witness the parade of donuts slowly go by. The workers there were all happy and why wouldn't they be? They're surrounded with sugar everywhere! I was blessed with a free sample of half of a donut, and a coupon that I could use at that very instant! My coworkers and I ended up with two boxes of individually picked random donuts for only six dollars! I know at the place I once lived by would never compare to this wonderful experience, and I am not sure any other donut place could either. read more

Idk if I went at the wrong time but my doughnuts definitely tasted like oil and were not as good as I expected. They took down my Krispy Kreme so I'd been looking like crazy for one and this was kind of disappointing! I've missed you and I've been making up for lost time. I love their plain glazed more than I even like Shipleys. Shipleys makes a better maple glazed and other flavored ones. I tried both the cake batter and maple, and while ok they weren't near as good as the glazed. I also tried their frozen orange drink which was good, but their mango lemonade was not. It had a fake sugar taste, which is a shame for I love mangos. I also like that it has a drive thru so you don't have to get out in the heat to get your fix. It's probably good I don't have one in Houston anymore, I'd probably get donuts more than I should. read more

Krispy Kreme - Can never go wrong with plain glazed. - Donuts Near Me - Arlington, Texas

If there was something I love more than Kolaches, pizza or Big Macs. It's donuts! Even then. I'm not so sure which comes first. Krispy Kreme is usually what I'll treat myself twice a month when I work on Saturdays! I'll even wake up 20mins earlier for work just to stop at Krispy Kreme! I just loovveee Donuts!!! It makes me gleeful when I see the "hot now" donut sign on! Free sample donut!!! And it's so soft and fluffy and covered in sugar.... Sigh. Thank goodness I don't work there. I sometimes get the donut holes... But they're not as fresh and soft and I prefer shipleys donut holes. I've tried some other flavors. Not as impressive either. Still prefer shipleys strawberry iced or chocolate filled donuts. But you can't go wrong with the original glazed at krispy Kreme! I just had two and I'm really wanting my last donut... But I'll know it'll kill my stomach. read more

LOVE this place! They have the yummiest donuts, they're super fast at making them, and you can watch how the donuts are made. If I could give zero stars I would, and it would strictly be on the HORRIBLE customer service! So, me and my fiancé literally moved to Arlington, TX less than two weeks ago from Los Angeles. We were just at home relaxing when we came across some coupons for Krispy Kreme. Honestly, if it wasn't for these coupons appearing we WOULD NOT have made the spontaneous trip to Krispy Kreme tonight. And the coupon deal for a small coffee & glaze donut at the price of just $1, I couldn't pass up. Despite my fiancé's image, he is honestly such personable man who is chill and laid back. He had his heart set on the New York cheesecake donut before we even got there, since it was shown on their website menu. When ordering our donuts through the drive thru, it wasn't on the selection list. Which was fine. So he asked for the drive-thru attendant's opinion on which selection she would recommend between the Reese's peanut butter donut or the cake batter donut. The drive-thru attendant notified him that they didn't even have anymore of the Reese's peanut butter donut. For my fiancé, it was no biggie. It made it easier for him to make a decision, he was just excited about getting a donut and his coffee. Me, i just wanted to use my coupon. When getting to the window to pay the total came out to $6 and some change. I handed my fiancé the $1 coupon for my donut and coffee. First, without even reading the coupon...the girl only deducted a $1 from the total. My fiancé already eager to pay and get his Krispy Kreme handed over his card to pay. I immediately realized that the coupon was not being honored correctly and said something. I think to get rid of us and not have to deal with correcting such a small difference the drive-thru attendant told us the coupon wasn't valid until next month (FEBRUARY). She handed the coupon back and my fiancé was ready to actually pay the difference of $1 that they originally discounted. He handed me the coupon (and this is where everything went downhill) and I read it the coupon is valid from 1/17/2018-2/28/2018. Are you serious???? This girl honestly thought lying and bullshitting us was going to get us out of there. THE WHOLE REASON WE ENDED UP GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS BECAUSE OF THIS $1 COUPON!!!!! The hassle of going back and forward with this girl and another gentlemen was horrible. And not one time did they apologize for MESSING UP and trying to play us as if we are incompetent. read more
