EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! We hadn't had donuts in over a year and got a coupon for the st pat day donut so we figured we'd splurge today. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Besides the donuts having virtually no filling and costing over $4. For 3, they were stale, which made them very dry. We all threw ours out. I had much tastier, moist and filled donuts from Ingles, Publix, even QT gas station. And much less expensive. read more

Sometimes the hot and ready sign is on when it is supposed to be, sometimes it's not. Sometimes they have hot donuts even though the sign is off. A simple thing? Probably, but frustrating as a customer. Additionally, the service is extremely slow. I have went through the drive-through and ordered two donuts, simple request, and sat at the window for over five minutes watching employees fill boxes for who? There is literally no one else at the store or the drive through! I've driven away with no doughnuts in hand because of this. I think I'll just give my doughnut dollars to someone else. read more

This Krispy Kreme is hit or miss. I really wanted the spring minis, I don't get donuts often but I wanted a treat for the kids. The website kept saying they were sold out. So after checking back regularly I called the store. The man said they had minis so I hung up and headed to the store. It's about a 15 minute drive. When I got in drive through I asked for the minis, the girl said they were sold out, I said okay will you get them back and she said Umm yeah. I said how long until you think you will get them back she said we just don't have time to make them right now try tomorrow. I said okay I will come back tomorrow and she said but you should call first and I said I did call the man said they had them so that's why I came and she said well next time call and have them hold you some. So the next day I called in the morning and a sweet woman answered it and had them hold the minis which I didn't know you could even do. I've Never held food before. When I got there it was kinda busy so I had to wait. While I waited I noticed the drive through girl had on gloves and she was taking an order and taking money. After she took the money she walked over with the same gloves on and grabbed donuts and put them in the box. I was so grossed out. She went back after getting the donuts boxed touched her head set and took the money from the drive through and handed out the box. The whole 5 minutes I was waiting she never changed her gloves. She was touching her head set, the screen and the money , Along with the donuts she was giving out with the same gloves. Just don't wear gloves if you're going to do that. or change your gloves. I still ended up getting the donuts which were given to me by the same woman who took my phone call. She was an older woman and she was so nice which made my day. read more

But who eats four KK donuts anyway? Ahem. Anyway... This store opened in August 2014 so it is still fairly new and it shows. They have done a good job keeping it clean and shiny. Frankly, it still looks new. The folks who work here are friendly, helpful, and patient as you ponder your choices. (I'll take 2 of those and 2 of those, no wait...yeah, those...and 1 of those, no, that one...yeah, that one...and 2 of those...) When you buy a dozen donuts, you can get a dozen glazed for half price. Of course, I didn't do that. Okay, maybe I did. Shut up. I was the only customer in the store while I was there but the Drive-thru was hopping. The cashier told me that the majority of their early morning business comes from the Drive-thru. People on their way to work, no doubt. This store is open 24/7 and they make donuts right on the premises so the Hot and Now sign is often ON. And the place smells divine. I went at 2:56 am on a Tuesday night so I kept that in mind..so this review is for that time of day only honestly but the guy at the window I hope you see this and notice me..' you should never make a caramel iced latte for anyone ever again and when they tell you it's disgusting and looks nothing like it should immediately offer to maybe fix the issue dumb ass. THOMAS was serving us today. He was extremely rude and hateful like toward us. Made us out like we were idiots. Attitude very sharp with us and other customers. Other than that bathrooms, dining room and everything else was clean except the door was greasy. The upside is, it's a great location, clean, and they have amazing donuts. However, they do not honor the hot light hours posted for this location on the corporate website. After making a 45 minute drive down to this location during their posted hot light hours specifically for a hot donut, we were disappointed to say the least. When we asked why they weren't selling them during their posted times, we were told, rather rudely, that they didn't have specific hours, they had hot donuts "whenever". It's unfortunate that a location is incapable of honoring hours posted by their corporate headquarters, and make the customers feel like idiots for expecting them to. read more

Donuts are great. Customer service is horrible. Been over charged 3 times. Charged for things i did not order or receive. call them and talk to a shift leader who could care less. I then ask to have the manager call me this never happens. Makes me feel as if this location is stealing from its customers and no one there cares. My boyfriend finally convinced me to go here after some debating I decided I'd give it a try. I've never been a fan of doughnuts or other sweets but these are as good as he promised. The original glazed doughnut is fantastic but the sour cream cake which he recommended is probably my favorite thing I've ever had as far as sweets are concerned. The coffee is great if you are like me and enjoy coffee with a slightly more bitter taste. read more
