Delicious and fresh doughnuts here. This small space has big flavors and the staff are friendly. All your traditional doughnut flavors plus breakfast sandwiches that can be warmed. I we love the simple glazed flavor but also their Bavarian cream is delicious!

Probably the best donuts around and their maple glazed bacon donut is to die for. This is a locally owned bakery with hot coffee, breakfast sandwiches, apple fritters, and some of the best donuts we've ever had. Plenty of parking, friendly service.

I decided to try this place because I needed to bring doughnuts to a business meeting and I really don't like chain doughnut shops. This was certainly not a chain and it did not disappoint! The doughnuts were amazing. They also provided some free doughnut holes as well. Everyone wanted to know where I got these doughnuts. They were such a big hit. If you live in the area or just visiting like I was, please support this local business. It was amazing.

I made a stop at Lickin' Good Donut shop in Simpsonville. They have a nice selection of sweet pastries as well as some savory goodies. I've been to the shop before, but it was later in the day, and they were sold out on most of their pastries. Today there was plenty of things to choose from depending on what you wanted. Some of their sweet items are apple fritters, glazed and cinnamon coated twists, sour crème donuts, raspberry, lemon, chocolate and Bavarian cream filled donuts, chocolate, yellow and blueberry cake donuts. Some of the savory items were ham, cheese and egg, bacon, egg and cheese croissants, sausage dogs wrapped in what looked like puff pastry. On this visit since I had a variety to choose from, it took me a minute to decide what I wanted. I got a glazed twist, a lemon filled glazed donut and a blueberry glazed cake donut. The twist was fresh and so was the blueberry donut, both were delicious. If you're in the Simpsonville area during the morning, just drive around the corner of Food Lion, Donut is at the very end, you will be glad that you did!

Fantastic old school (aka no frills , no gimmicks) donut shop. Limited seating inside a just enough inventory to enjoy some variation.

Too much sugar. Trying to be like Krispy kream, they ice their donuts twice. Best donuts only need frosting one time.

I drive nearly 30 minutes for the long John's and apple fritters. People will get several dozen at a time and empty the stock.

I couldn't decide between two coffee drinks, so I tried both the Breve and the Cafe con leche. If you are looking for something creamy and delicious for the coffee taste do the breve. If you are looking for the same thing, but with some sweetness do the Cafe con leche. You can't go wrong with either choice. For food I ordered "Daryl's Chorizo Bowl" I don't know who Daryl is, but I am loving that chorizo. It has a base of eggs, covered with chorizo and a hint of cheese, onions and tomatoes. The drizzle of zesty green dressing and microgreens brings a freshness to a usually hearty dish. Staff was friendly, but it is laissez-faire vibe. You take your dirty dish (clean by the time you are done licking up all the deliciousness) to a rack at the back of the shop. To go boxes are placed by the utensil cart. Easy in and out. Did I mention they sell candles and other goodies (and I am not talking about the mouth-watering pastries or crepes) Overall a great place to visit in such a cute town.

Check their website or Instagram for seasonal/specialty flavors. They also offer lots of different coffees. These Donuts Are Different."…read more *Scouts Donuts is Located off Augusta Road, just minutes from Laurens Rd* These donuts go far beyond your average donut and straight into a new realm of flavor, layered, flaky, buttery pillars of excitement. This is not a grab-and-go situation. This is a donut experience, not a donut shop. When I walked in, the display absolutely did not help me narrow my choice down to 2-3. So naturally, I went full speed ahead and grabbed six. At five donuts I was already at $29, so a half-dozen at $30 just made sense. And honestly? Six donuts, zero regrets, Worth Every Cent. Flavors we chose: Coffee Cinnamon Chocolate Buttercream Boston Cream Vanilla Cream Blueberry Lemon Listen. LIISTEN. Do not drive and eat these. Be seated. Be still. Be present. These are the kind of treats that make you feel like a child seeing a valley of Christmas lights for the very first time. I couldn't even wait to get home, the anticipation overtook my patience, so I went straight for the Boston Cream. The filling was unlike anything I've had before: delicate, velvety, and rich, like old-school custard made by grandparents standing over the stove. The flaky layers were so perfectly executed that your mind actually pauses and asks... is this even a donut? And that chocolate topping? Oh, it understood the assignment. It gently whispers: "donut crack." Next bite: Cinnamon, again... donut crack. Then came my personal favorite: Blueberry Lemon. Absolute perfection. The flavors fold into each other without competing. First, the blueberry hits and you think, wait... where's the lemon? And just when your taste buds settle into the blueberry, that bright lemon slides in like, "Hey boo, I'm here." Balanced. Fresh. Memorable. Yes, $30 for six donuts may sound pricey, but trust me, it's worth every single cent. Women, grab that purse. Men, grab that wallet, Head to Scout's & Just thank me later.
