This is the place for great coffee and donuts!!!!! I grew up in Colorado so trips to Dunkin remind me of home! The coffee is consistant and not stuck up like another chain that will not be mentioned Th only drawback to this location is the lack of a drive thru. If they had one I doubt I could pass by without pulling in for a pick me up.! read more

Attitude of management(and some employees.) Frequently hear employees bad-mouthing customers. Often there are notes on door pertaining to staffing issues, each visit is a new adventure at this place! I spend approximately $1000 per year here and am currently enjoying the far better attitudes, service and ambiance of a competitor and plan to do so in the future! read more

I'm confused if yall don't close to 9pm then how come yall don't make more donuts? If you're not there by 2 pm you're out of luck. You're losing money you could be putting into your pockets. Pendleton Dunkin Donuts read more

I was disappointed in the service I received this morning. We waited for 5 minutes for an employee to show up to the register. They were stingy and a lot of yelling was going on among the employees. I tried a latte with oat milk and it was decent, but the oat milk tasted a little off. The girl with the blonde hair (I didn't catch her name) was everything BUT shwae and my friend didn't get her free donut friday deal because the employees "have no clue how the app works..." hm read more

I went through drive-through at 6 AM, they open at 5 AM. I ordered 25 munchkins and asked them what selection they had. I was told they had chocolate, blueberry, and jelly filled, so I ordered a selection of those three. The chocolate munchkins were not glazed, the blueberry munchkins just looked like they had purple food coloring, and the jelly munchkins were glazed yeast munchkins. So not the Dunkin' Donuts Munchkins I'd been looking forward to. read more

Wet here about 2 weeks ago o get some things to bring home for breakfast. When I arrived, the lobby was closed to walk-ins. I went the drive thru and started to okaxe my order, the lady inside told me they didn't have what I wanted, when I asked what they had, she got annoyed. Well I obviously couldn't see what they had from the drive thru. When I pued up to pay, she said nothing to me at all. I took the survey, I recieved an email saying someone would contact me. Well weeks and another email sent, noone called. Ashamed to because, I was raised on DD up north and being this is the only one in town. I will never spend $ there again. VERY VERY RUDE read more

Went through the drive thru and employees were rude and unfriendly at both the intercom and the window. When I received my donuts they did not look very appetizing. They were very small, had very little icing, and the sprinkles looked very old and just gross. I would rather eat no donuts than go back there. read more

I got over charged and the workers were so rude if you're wanting Dunkin in Anderson I would just suggest making the drive to the one by the hospital read more

Like usual we went through the drive thru and not only was everything limited as far as options but they got my sons hot coffee wrong, they made it an iced coffee and then tried to suggested i pay more for a larger hot coffee bc they were out of small hot coffee cups... i asked for a refund for just the coffee and they ended up giving him this, a medium cup with the amount in a small hot coffee which is fine, you get what you pay for, but here lately the coffee just havent been being made correctly. The bottom of his HOT coffee was cold and the sugar wasn't even dissolved. The donuts we got were stale, im a HUGE dunkin' supporter but i have been greatly unsatisfied for the last 3 trips or so. Im not sure if its new staff or lack of care but i will be goving them time to improve then i will tey again, i don't want to go to the Starbucks side read more

Dunkin' - Turned iced into hot? - Donuts Near Me - Anderson, South Carolina

The employees are lethargic and robotic. Waited 15 minutes to even place my one drink order. There were only two employees visible for a while one working drive thru and the other helping the counter. Eventually I saw a woman named Jess putting away stuff while customers were waiting simply to order. No sense of urgency read more

Staff not friendly. Can't walk in to order most mornings. Online and ap orders are only ones allowed in facility.

I go to this Dunkin almost everyday and they have never once messed up my order. Honestly even if they did I wouldn't care because everyone is literally SO nice! I'm really gonna miss the Anderson Dunkin when I leave for college!! Y'all are doing a great job :)) (also Dunkin over Starbucks ANY DAY) read more

Dunkin' - Love my morning coffee and the people that work at Dunkin Donuts every morning! Super friendly!! - Donuts Near Me - Anderson, South Carolina

I don't know if this is how it is everywhere, but in Anderson, Dunkin' is the Walmart of coffee shops. After charging me for something I didn't get, they told me to come back later when they were less busy to fix it, because they were "too busy and couldn't help me". So I called customer service instead and got ALL my money back. I've worked in customer service a long time, and I ain't trying to be a Karen, but you don't do that. This isn't the first time the staff has been COMPLETELY unprofessional or unfriendly either. I've had maybe 2 OKAY experiences EVER at Dunkin' and 10,000 GREAT experiences at Starbucks, so that why this girl is Starbucks for life. read more

This store got a whole new makeover and looks so nice but needs new employees because they are not so nice. Every time I go, there is an issue. The employees are so rude and always make my drink wrong. Which is one of the simplest drinks ever. The gentleman that claims he is the manager, literally has anger issues. If you can't handle customers, you shouldn't be working in a customer serviced environment. read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this Dunkin either their "system is down" or they "don't have doughnuts" or the employee is rude. I have gone 4 times now and every time I've went I haven't been able to get anything. why even have a business if you aren't gonna take the business and run it?? service and store sucks. needs to do better. read more

Location has gone down hill in the past couple months. Staff is always hostile and every time I've gone lately, they are never able to any cold drinks or hot food. They're also not carrying most of their syrups for drinks anymore when other locations are and the staff is saying Dunkin has "discounted" them. This Dunkin used to be my favorite but now, it's not worth going... read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been too! Coffee always has a horrid taste. (Like machines are not being cleaned properly) They never seem to have the holiday flavors in stock. (They seem to be the only Dunkin' in Anderson, so I won't complain too much about this) However was told they would have them back in stock and when I checked in the following week was told they were discontinued. The eggs on their breakfast sandwiches seem to never be cooked and are gooey and EVERYTIME I purchase donuts from them, they are stale. The staff are not friendly at all and I believe there cup sizing is wrong. I ordered a large today and was charged for large but the cup was a medium. Come on Dunkin'.... Now Starbucks & Krispy Kreme in Anderson are definitely my go to from here on out. read more

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. The team member taking my order was not in the least bit pleasant and then when we arrived at our destination and tried our drinks they were completely wrong. I looked at the receipt and they weren't rung up correctly and even weren't correct per what was rung up. We drove back to the store but missed the 30 minute window to remake our drink. The worker was screaming at me and telling me to look at the color of my drink to prove it was right when it was no where near correct. read more

I used to love this Dunkin until they hired new staff and one of the managers left. New staff does not say hello or anything.

Famous donuts are good but the other items are not worth the prices. Staff is unpleasant and seem annoyed to be employed there.

This place is awesome!!! But their iced coffee isn't as good as the place...but I do love their doughnuts...mm...anyways, I'm always in and out of there in two minutes. Makes breakfast easy and quick!! read more

I placed a curbside order this morning as we were pulling into the parking lot. We were unable to get into the one parking space labeled for curbside pick up. So, we parked a few spaces down & turned on our flashers as instructed and waited for our order. We were patient because we could see the drive thru was busy. We entertained ourselves with videos & whatnot while waiting. We noticed that the drive thru line was moving well & that dining room customers were coming & going quickly. I got my husband to move over to the curbside spot (now that there was room) so they could SEE that we were there. That was when we realized 20 minutes had gone by. We waited a few more minutes to give them a chance. But, I had to go inside because no one ever came out to us. I saw sitting on the counter what appeared to be my order, with the iced coffee mostly melted. I finally had a chance to let them know I was there & how long we had waited. I was referred to a man, I assume to be the manager. He said they were short handed, that they didn't have time to go outside & that I should've come in after 5 minutes. (That's not the point of the curbside service.) He tried to give me the coffees that had been sitting on the counter for so long. I asked to have everything remade so it would be fresh (actually frozen & hot). They did remake everything. I normally love Dunkin Donuts for their coffee. I did not enjoy my experience today. Having the responsibility put back on the customer & making them feel that they are at fault is not good customer service. It would have taken them less time to bring our order out to us than what it did to make us our new coffees, not to mention the added expense of 4 wasted coffees. I may or may not go back. But, if I do, you can be certain that I will not use their curbside option! read more
