I have been through braces (when I was little) and invisalign (as an adult), so taking care of my teeth is important. Dr. Han & Dr. Ahn's practice is fantastic. They make an effort to really care about their patients and are very transparent about both the services available and the pricing. Because they require you to pay out-of-pocket for each service, they are very transparent about costs and what is likely covered / not covered by insurance. Their staff will submit a claim to your insurance company (to be paid directly to you) - so your effort is minimal. Overall - they make the experience of going to the dentist / ortho as pleasant as possible, and unlike many medical providers - customer service and satisfaction really matter.

Dr Ali pleasantly went through the procedure and cost, initially for all 4 teeth, and after about 20 minutes I took off in a huff. I was a little put off with the estimate for all 4, which there was no way I was doing, especially at my age. A few months later my primary dentist is asking me when I'll be coming back for some follow up work, contingent on pulling that one tooth. I said screw it it has to be done, so made arrangements to pull the troublesome one on the top right. I went in and it couldn't have been easier, far better than I anticipated. A few needles, some nitrous, and about 5 minutes of extraction & stitching. Here I am 3 days later and barely need ibuprofen. I'm glad I got past my initial hesitation and gave them a shot. The staff were great, and Dr Ali was quick and efficient. Good chair side manner too. If you're looking for a practice to take care of an extraction, look no further. This crew does it right.
