So 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, they finally said yes it would be fully covered. However, several months later I got a bill for the full amount. I disputed the charge but they said sorry the insurance isn't covering it. I retold my story that I did not want the procedure for my son unless it was covered as it was an optional service above a normal cleaning. 5 years later despite numerous conversations where I believed the issue was resolved I am still getting calls from debt collectors. I hope dr Davis knows how bad his staff is, because it is hurting his practice.
