He stated, falsely in my opinion, that the 2 crowns I gave him that had gotten unglued in my mouth could not be used, and charged me full price for three new crowns that he made in-house on his Cerek machine. The two adjacent crowns he made were so poorly made (2 millimeters gap between them) than entire chunks of food would always get lodged between them, causing pain and bleeding to this date, more than 3 months later. One of the crowns he needlessly replaced with the one he made in-house was a zirconia one that had been purposely made extremely strong to minimize wear from teeth grinding. The measurements made for the new crowns he made in-house were made by one of his staff; even though such measurements are crucial,, he didn't bother doing them himself, and the result is that he crowns he made are poor and have a bog gap between them. When I initially confronted Ahmed Saad, he dismissed me with the advice to rinse with a mouthwash he recommended. I complained to the Virignia Board that overseas dentists. Now I have to wait in bleeding pain until next January when my DeltaDental insurance resets again.

The process took 3-4 hours for both crowns and to have my crowns in place, they have a very cool very hi tech machine than scan your teeth and then create your crowns in another machine in front of you in just 30 min!! I actually fall a sleep while Dr. Ahmed was working on my teeth. I never fall a sleep when I am at the dentist . Right after I finished and left I started eating and drinking normally and didn't feel any pain or anything. Felt like I didn't do anything at all in my teeth. Most of the dental work done was good, but there was a major problem with one of the crowns which meant I had to go elsewhere. The office is clean, the hygenists are capable but this environment is not safe for anyone, including themselves because of the group bullying. I hope they get help with their anger issues.

Oh, my goodness!…read more Sure, he sounds like a Bond Villain, and any villainy ends with his name. (I couldn't decide between those two tag lines.) I needed to have a tooth pulled and an implant installed. That seemed both simple and potentially painful. I chose Dr. Oh because my dentist told me to, and I am very grateful for that recommendation. It took less than an hour between me walking in and leaving with all the work completed. During the procedure, there was absolutely no pain and almost no discomfort. The dentist worked slowly and carefully to extract my tooth. That is in sharp contrast from my last and only other extraction that was done by a big Swedish oral surgeon in DC who used, among other tools, a hammer and chisel. The office is clean and open. Their building has plenty of covered parking around back. The only problem is the buildings are out of order, and Dr. Oh's is set back from the street. Look for large signs along Maple Ave to direct you where to turn in. I can't imagine I'll ever look forward to having another tooth pulled. However, if I ever need to, I'm going back to Dr. Oh to have it done.
