Between each of the rows of washing machines their is a 12" PVC piping that each machines drains into and then that PVC pipe drains to a rectangular drain that has a metal cover plate that isn't sealed completely and never get cleaned thoroughly. This bacteria and slime builds up and than begin to smell just like a toilet drain. Please contact the owners and inform them that they must make modification to the clean out and have the lid be 100% sealed so the smell doesn't infect the air supply of the laundry mat.
