I brought in pictures and had specs of the door I wanted because It needed to match the current door at the property, the only difference from the door at the property is this $6400 door would have a keyed entry. An hour after the door was ordered through Mary, I got a call from here saying she ordered a 10ft door not the 12ft by mistake and she's going to change it to a 12ft door. I asked if anything needed to be signed and she said no. I picked up the new door and window in January but did open the door for install until march. Turns out Mary not only changed the door size but the sill to a low profile, not the on floor drainage sill I ordered. There has been no effort to help rectify Marys mistake im just told over and over that there are no returns on custom orders. I've asked for proof that I've signed off on this specific order and what they send me is an invoice that says "Docusign" where a signature should be, and they won't send me the Docusign because there isn't one. They also sent me a receipt and another page with my signature on it, but my signature is timestamped 45 minds before the order was made. Mary nor her sales manager will forward me corporates complaint contact information (shocker). Try not to work with Mary, probably stay away from Dixieline for any specialty orders. I'm filling in small claims on Monday and I've already submitted a "charge back" for fraud with my CC so hopefully they will have my back.

After that, I worked with him to get concrete laid in our backyard. The price for concrete was very reasonable.
