However... this company has major communication and time management issues. My job got pushed 3 weeks back and I wasn't notified. I called to confirm my date 2 days before they were supposed to start and was told I'd been rescheduled. When the job started, an 8-10am window for the start time became 12:45pm without notification. The next day, 5 hours late to start and again, I called to find out what was happening. At the finish of the job I asked Shelby if I could have a couple pieces of the leftover countertop so I could make a cutting board. She said SD Granite owned my remnants and I could buy them for $150.00. Maybe that's normal, IDK?
