I just noticed I never left a review! I highly recommend this company, even after 10 months. A coworker was talking about her horrible experience with a window company recently and I started telling her about my wonderful experience at Kraz. That's when I noticed I never left a review! They deserve one too! Jean (in sales) was on kind, Hilarious, and valued our time as homeowners. He was straight to the point. My husband and I had a budget set for our Bay window, This house will eventually be a rental. We were just starting our remodel so we didn't want to spend most of our money on this window. Other places like Feldo.( I think I spelled it wrong) Spent almost two hours in our home for ONE window estimate mainly going over their company and how great they were VS our price or the product. Jean as great, He looked at the window, told us about the products they offered and also noticed we were still unsure paying that price, even though it was the lowest. He took the time to know us as a couple and homeowners. He asked what was holding us back and we gave him the list of other improvements we needed to make. That's when he stepped out to make a phone call. Not only was he able to meet our price that we were hoping to spend he was also able to add another 7 inches on installation into our attic. (one of the things on our list that need to get done) We had our front window replaced the start of this year. I highly recommend Kraz Construction! Criag and Kyle were stuck on the 80/94 That morning due to down powerlines and still came down to install this window after being stuck in almost 3 hours of non moving traffic! They had a very positive and professional attitude when they arrived. Especially after dealing with that traffic. They were very precise with installing the window and even fixed a minor issue due to my last window being installed improperly (which happened prior to us owning the home. )They went above and beyond with their service. We will definitely be using this company again for our next window projects! The team they sent out for our installation were very polite as well. Amazing work guys we will forever be clients. Our cedar siding was very chipped and worn, our home needed a makeover. We contracted Kraz Construction to remove all the old cedar siding and replace it with vinyl siding, with trim on all doors and windows. Peter, TJ, Donny & Dave did a wonderful job. We are really happy with the new siding and our home looks like a new house. The installers were always on-time, professional and always polite. They worked really hard and took great care in their craft. Kraz took care of ordering any permits that may have been needed and the dumpster. We were impressed at how Kraz had everything scheduled to run like clockwork. The materials arrived early in the morning. A few minutes later the dumpster was dropped off. Right after that the installers arrived. Any questions or concerns we had were answered with patience and detail. There was some rain water damage to a small portion of inner-wood underneath our cedar panels. Peter did not ignore that, he took the time to rectify the problem. That spoke volumes to us because we appreciate a company that works with integrity and care for their customers. We ended up amending our contract to have the dormer siding redone as well and we appreciate how Peter helped us decide how to blend-in the dormer with the bottom half of the house. The Kraz team were on-site working hard, even in the 28 degree cold weather. We have already received a request to sell the house (LOL), but we plan to stay and enjoy the new look. They contract out jobs, as you know it can be hit or miss with the work ethic of whom you are assigned. However, either we got lucky, or they do have high standards for their crews because the crew we had (Joe's crew) was amazing. They worked fast, through wet weather, communicated respectfully and frequently with us, redid some of the work immediately when we were not 100% satisfied, and did good quality work. The person that quoted us was nice, not pushy, relatable and respectful. We got financing that night, even though it was after hours, he called his coworker and they got it done for us. Greensky gave us the loan, for a good rate, and payments are fair. Easy to pay. We did have 2 pieces of siding that came off shortly after install, these things happen. I called and 2 days later they rescheduled it in to be repaired. No biggie. People tend to only leave negative reviews, but I wanted to make sure people knew of my good experience. I would use them again, specifically my same crew when I want to do more improvements on my home, and plan to do so. Also side note: We had a back screen door that is needing replaced and we just don't care enough at this time to replace it, but it does not close all the way and the crew fixed it so it closed! today even with icy roads my installers were on time, they called when leaving the office to say they were on the way just in case they were late-very friendly and neat. Craig even put my old hardware up so he could hang my valence over my beautiful new garden window. He showed me how to operate all my windows. Kyle I believe shoveled my stairs and porch so they wouldn't track snow in, I am older and have a hard time getting around so it was appreciated. I asked them to keep the garage door closed when they were working inside-I know it was a pain for them, but they respected my fear of critters entering the garage. Would recommend them to anyone. This is my second time working with Kraz-First had new window put in my lower level-then today two bedrooms and kitchen-the window was a little more than other places -but it is a better window-mine are triple pane and tinted to keep the harmful sunrays from fading my furniture and carpets -everyone else has plain double panes. My sales lady Rachel was wonderful and so was my last one Adam-both took their time to help me get what was best for my home. I will be having them a third time when I am ready to replace the windows in my living room-like they don't mind doing one room at a time. read more

Wow! Where to start! This company was the absolute best to work with! Normally I wouldn't talk to a sales person that does door to door sales but after seeing these guys walking the neighborhood I was in the market to get insulation quoted for my attic and said what the heck it couldn't hurt to just get a quote. The young man set up an appointment for Chad to come by and assist us further. When Chad arrived he was nothing but professional and actually took the time and educated us about the types of insulation and thickness to achieve the full benefits. Never did he seem pushy, just straight down to earth genuinely wanted to help us after seeing what we had in the attic, which was basically nothing. Good guy to have on your team Kraz! My financial situation was not the best and all I can say is Chad and Dave went way above and beyond to assist us in affording to complete the installation. The crew that sprayed the insulation in the attic were top notch! Nothing on our part to clean afterwards as they were just as professional as Chad and Dave! Thank you Kraz for a job well done! Had an estimate the other day from a younger gentleman named Keith. When he first came to the door I noticed he was very well dressed and spoke very politely. He proceeded to show me a window after he measured and told me a little about the company. It was very beautiful and I explained that it may be out of my price range. At first I thought he may have just stopped talking and left but he didn't. He explained that there were many financing programs that were available to me if needed and continued showing me a very thorough light show and everything. In the end I did not buy, but it was only due to my personal finance situation. If I could've, I would have just because of this young man. Very professional, very polite, and was very understanding of my situation and showed me nothing but respect. When I am capable of purchasing I definitely will be calling back and hopefully I can get the same rep. to come out. Really, I've gotten other estimates and as soon as they realize I'm not buying that day, their attitude changes. But this really was a different experience. From the sales person (Mark) to the Installer (Craig) and his crew - they were professional all the way. Mark didn't b.s. me - he was honest and informative. He helped me find the right products for my home and budget. Every time I called with a question - Mark was there with the answer - or, on top of getting it for me. He also followed up to make sure everything went right. The office people called and went over my order to make sure we had the right doors and windows. And, they also kept me apprised of the weather and if it would affect my installation. The installer Craig called to make sure our appointment was convenient and within my schedule. The entire crew - especially Craig - was very courteous and respectful of my home and time. Craig took time to explain the installation process and what to expect once finished. The installation was performed with amazing efficiency and skill - especially considering the weather. The quality of the product and work are just amazing. I was a little cautious after being blown off by another window company and then reading there older reviews made me feel very eh. But my aunt told me about how they did an amazing job on there windows so I went for it. Was a great decision, I had original wood windows in the house with cracked glass. I felt like they made me a top priority. When installing in the dead of winter and holiday season you can imagine that you have some delay. They were scheduled to install the day after new years but at -7 degrees you can understand them not being able to install. Then they schedule for that following Sunday. A SUNDAY! Not many construction company that I know will come out to work on a Sunday. Craig and his crew came at 8 on the dot and just started going at it. They put mats down on my carpet. Cleaned up after themselves they finished so fast. The whole experience left me in shock. They where timely, considerate, and wanted to get the job done perfectly as much as I did. We had Kraz Construction install 11 windows and a bay window in our home in April of 2017. The installers Rob and Josh were amazing. Their craftsmanship is beautiful and proves once again you get what you pay for. This is a huge investment in our home and has a lifetime warranty, and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the results. Additionally, our installers, Rob and Josh, went above and beyond by checking gaps in all our existing window casements and sealing them to ensure no drafts would come through. They reinsulated everything and even saved my two windowsills that we thought were going to have to be pulled out. The installation was quick and professional. Just had our 3rd window installed by Craig , from Kratz Construction of Highland Indiana. OUTSTANDING job. Workmanship, and quality of windows are GREAT !. The time and effort they put into making sure we would like the windows , and enjoy them are beyond belief. Friendly to the end, on the job and when we had measurements taking, plus they so-called Sales pitch when we got the estimate to start. I had to deal with miscommunication from the sales team to the installers. They weren't able to complete the entire job the first time around due to the communication that wasn't given to them. The first set of installers Rob and Rene (and one other guy whose name I don't remember)were hardworking and made sure to get my storm door installed even when they weren't told the specifics on how badly the old door was. I was very happy they were able to install it after all. Kraz was able to send out another set of installers for the second part of the job, Joe and Justin. Again, great guys and hardworking. I don't have anything negative to say about the installers but feel the sales guy that helped me was only in it for the sale, whose name is Conrad. read more

Kraz Construction was great from the start. The salesperson was very relatable and friendly. They put in new insulation in the attic. We also had new patio doors installed because we had old French doors that were not really secure and the screen doors were not working. The guys came in and did a wonderful job. The doors are nice and sturdy and look great. They keep air from coming in and out of the house now. The guys also cleaned up everything (even the awning outside!) and offered to take our old doors out of the way as well as an old screen door we had from our front door. Well worth the investment. So I have read the very few reviews available through Yelp and many were exceptionally negative. Totally not my experience. Today they installed two exterior doors and this was the second project completed for me by Kraz, the first being an overhead garage door installation a few weeks ago. Today's project for the two exterior doors was completed by Craig and a second young man. They arrived at the time promised, completed the job in a reasonable time and the finished product looked great. Craig was friendly, personable and competent. My experience with their sales associate and the garage door installers was the same. read more

Scott and Ryan from Kraz were awesome! They came out to repair a soffit and fascia that has been a real issue for a while. When they opened it up more damage was identified and they fixed it up at a little extra cost. Additionally, they gave me good advice on other repairs that are required but didn't try to hard sell me on those but did the job they came to do which I appreciate. With their guidance, I will look for quotes but will likely go with KRAZ. I am incredibly satisfied as always with what the KRAZ team does, this is the 3rd project I have gotten their help on. read more

Had a difference of opinion as to the date of my insulation installation but was able to work it out with Kraz and have my date honored. The office worked with me. Devin was the installer and did a fabulous job! He worked hard and made sure we checked the insulation before closing things up and cleaning up. We have 2 attics. Very pleasant young man. I just had a bow WINDOW put in . The GUYS where here promptly at 8. Craig tbe installer put the WINDOW in. JOB well done. Cleanup outside and in my living room , LIKE they where never here. I asked if they would be carefull with the SHUTTERS as my HUSBAND made them ( he is deceased now) never knew they where off and put back up.
