I had been collaborating with Frank Dixon regarding the roof replacement issues. I inquired whether Frank's company also handled porch work. Frank played a crucial role in organizing everything. On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. Additionally, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the respect they showed for my property during the construction process. Just finally completed all the windows in our home. We did them on 3 trips due to the cost and we…read moredidn't want to take a loan out. Windows cost a lot no matter where you go. It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.
