Several months ago, I found Mario's business card in my mailbox. I saved his card and later called him for an estimate to paint some rooms in our townhouse. My original suspicion was correct. Mario is an excellent, hardworking, reasonably priced painter. After we briefly talked on the phone Mario stopped by several days later and gave us a reasonable estimate, several references, ideas on color selection and a store to buy the needed paint at a discount, using his account. Mario and his helper arrived promptly at the scheduled time, patched and sanded cracks and nail holes, moved furniture, masked and covered the entire area and worked like demons painting our kitchen, dining room, family room, den and hallways. When finished, my wife and I were totally WOWED! Smooth walls and ceilings, no bare or thin spots, ruler straight lines, along with excellent clean up. In short; no runs, no drips, no errors. The best part about Mario's work is his attitude. He's a "can do" person. Now, a month later we had Mario back to do the bedrooms and bathrooms. Same story...total customer satisfaction. I expressed reservations about doing that, but he assured me the product could stand up to the elements and wouldn't peel. Wrong. It is peeling up from the lip and the ground concrete underneath is crumbling. I've called the company's customer service multiple times, texted them pictures of the problem multiple times (at their request) and they've never called me back to schedule a repair visit.
