I expressed reservations about doing that, but he assured me the product could stand up to the elements and wouldn't peel. Wrong. It is peeling up from the lip and the ground concrete underneath is crumbling. I've called the company's customer service multiple times, texted them pictures of the problem multiple times (at their request) and they've never called me back to schedule a repair visit. I am very displeased with the work that I received from this company. The work that I requested was…read morefor my kitchen. I wanted my floor retiled, my kitchen cabinets sanded down and retained, current backsplash removed and new tiles put in, kitchen walls painted a certain color, backsplash behind the stove painted a certain color....this is what I paid for. What I got was a retiled floor, cabinets WERE NOT sanded down and the stain was placed on top of the dirty cabinets, the new backsplash was placed on top of the old backsplash and because of the indentation and design that was in the previous backsplash, the new backsplash on top is crooked and uneven with ugly gaps in the grout, painted walls were not the color that I requested and they didn't use tape to separate the 2 colors, therefore the paint job on the corners look sloppy. I called and texted Jourdin several times letting him know that I wasn't happy with the work. I was hiding how pissed I was because I didn't want him to not come back and fix it. Well, that happened anyway. He kept saying that he was going to come back and fix the problems, but had excuses every time he told me that he was coming. I am really mad at myself for paying him the balance before thoroughly checking the work. If I had not, I guarantee he would have made his way back to my house to fix these issues.
