They came out & the female rep called me and stated they can replace the entire window for $900 or replace the 2 cracked glass blocks for $190. I'm sure u know which 1 I settled for. Scheduled job for 4/14/22, the earliest they had. A rep named Spencer called me at 7:39 am this morn & stated they would be at my home between 8:30-9:00 am. 9:02, 9:10; 9:30 no workers so I called. Spencer said he would check on it, placed me on hold and stated the workers told him they did job already. Hmmm still looking at cracked window. He said he needed to look into matter further. I requested a discount for Job, said he would check into it & call back. He did and said the guys were minutes away but the office could not offer any discount so i informed him to cancel job.

Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.

It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.

Now a year later I call every month to see when we will get these replaced. I'm told "Bill is not in the office right now, I'll have him call you". This is on-going since January of this year. I am calling daily now, same message, "Bill is not here right now, I'll have him call you". Buyer beware on this company. I can see from the reviews that this issue is pretty common from them, no communication and no service! I am going to try and escalate up the chain....
