Oh and the bathrooms were disgusting. All of the toilets were full and there was urine on the floor. So disappointing.

The restaurant is spacious and full of seating, so getting in on a weekend is easier. The service for the most part is good as well. However, if you are in a rush it can at times be difficult to get in and out because of the number of tables - I would probably recommend to-go for that situation instead. Thankfully, to-go is still great because they have wonderful packaging to keep everything separate and fresh on the ride home. It's the best bowl of ramen in Norman by far and well worth the visit.

The broth was silky and deeply flavorful, the kind of depth that only comes from properly slow-simmered pork bones. The noodles had great texture, the pork was tender, and the bowl was beautifully balanced. I added a little heat, which cut through the richness and elevated the flavor even more.
