Thankfully, Coach Holly took the time to understand my individual needs and helped modify the workouts so I could participate safely and successfully. During my intro sessions, the workouts were explained and demonstrated in detail. I was encouraged to ask questions, and I asked A LOT, which helped me understand what muscles and areas of my body each movement worked and, more importantly, shown proper form for maximum benefit and safety. I was nervous about attending my first group class after my one-on-one sessions, but everyone was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. I quickly realized that Priority CrossFit truly creates an environment where everyone feels included, regardless of their fitness level or experience. I'm excited to continue my fitness journey with PCF and look forward to seeing my progress. If you're nervous or unsure whether CrossFit is for you, I highly recommend giving Priority CrossFit a try.

Anson is very enthusiastic and motivating but more importantly, he sees each person individually and works to correct form when needed. As for community, Krave partners with a local non profit each season (Special Olympics, ARL, etc.) and members are encouraged to participate in an event supporting each non-profit. There are also challenges (just completed a six-week one) and occasionally a social event. To me, Krave is much more than just a gym!

Spinning and rowing are also available to use in the saunas. Team reviewed the safety features for members who work out when they are not there. Also reviewed program and fees as well as the specials they were running. Couple of notes of areas of opportunity: -hard to watch the instructor while in poses. Difficult when you are new to the moves. With experience and time would get a lot easier -website doesn't describe well that it is 24/7 when you are a member. The focus for training starts with an emphasis on good form/mechanics (safety) followed by consistency and then intensity. I am a long way from Spartan warriorhood, but all the moves and exercises that make up each workout of the day (WOD) can be scaled to my current ability and strength. It's really motivating to see that progression. Doing the workouts 4-6 days a week plus following the healthy eating guidance, I lost 8 lbs and 5% body fat in that first 6 weeks. I became a member after the challenge because I really enjoyed the workouts, was feeling great, and the shorter duration makes it easy to fit into my schedule. It's a really supportive atmosphere with both the trainers and other members. They are great with showing modifications and encouraging you to push to your limits when you need it.
