Jen and the team were amazing in supporting me through it, encouraging me to keep doing the work but modifying or resting when needed. Now, four months later, I have zero pain in my knee! Jen, the owner, and all the coaches are incredibly supportive while also pushing me to work hard and stay focused on my goals. I'm currently in the middle of my second challenge, and the accountability and weekly check-ins have been invaluable in keeping me on track. I'm so happy with the progress I've made--now it's time to shop for new summer clothes! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get stronger, healthier, and feel amazing!
