The owners Meaghan and Shane opened this in 2022 on York road and it's just a delightful experience. I don't make it out here very often but it's a great place to eat food they feels good and to support a local business. The prices aren't cheap but it's worth it for the quality. My favorite is the super chicken (I always order this) and for a drink the house paw paw soda it's made with the native fruit paw paw (do research on this it's amazing) that they make into a vinegary shrub with soda water. It's so yummy. The quality shines here as well as the light airy high ceiling interior and the plants. This is a must visit and honestly a little slept on. Lisa was my server on my most recent visit and she was so sweet. She told me her wife works here and she was filling in as a neighbor and a patron! We love that.

They are serving "real" kombucha - complete with all-natural effervescence - and every flavor truly impressed us. They range from superfood-forward classics like ginger and turmeric to fun seasonals like smoked pineapple to mind-blowing botanical mashups like hibiscus/mint/linden flower. They described them as "guzzleable," and let's just say we guzzled! They have an equally impressive lineup of house fermented veggies that are all unique. We loved the extra spicy kimchi and the green tomato ferment. Their food menu is a colorful and creative celebration of all their homemade and locally sourced fermented and other food items. There were plenty of vegan options. We loved the Hex Powerhouse sandwich (packed with veggies!!) and the mushroom kimchi sandwich, both served on their homemade focaccia. There are a bunch of big comfy chairs in a communcal room and two private rooms. Fred sold the place and I've only been back once with the new (current) folks but they seemed great too. I should have written this sooner and you shouldn't wait to go! Once someone was snoring real loud in the group room so I bring earplugs or airpods with chill music ready to go. It was small and quiet, and you really did not know what to expect because, at the time, it was an open area with recliner chairs for the clients. It was so calming, and speaking with a practitioner about your concerns was comforting. There was no rush, and you really felt heard and relaxed there. Once COVID happened, like most businesses, they were not available, and I was looking for that little gem of a place, but found out they had moved down the street and had a new owner. I was very skeptical about going because of my great experience, and it always seems that once new owners take over a business, it's just not the same anymore. Reluctantly, I decided to give it a try at the new location and with the new owner, and I am so delighted that I did. It was the absolute best decision I made for my well-being in a long time. The new place was bigger and had private rooms, unlike the last location. They even added a massage therapist to the practice. All the practitioners are genuinely nice and care about your health journeys and your health goals. Dr. Stephanie and Brad are amazing practitioners; they ask insightful questions about your health goals, offer insightful advice to help you achieve them, and always make sure you feel better after treatment. I have become a complete and total client with the clinic and have learned so much about myself and my healing journey. It is wonderful to actually know that you are heard and seen by someone. I highly recommend this place to people who want to improve their health and are ready to take their health journey in a positive direction.
