Real mechanics find out where the coolant went first, because if it is going in the oil it will destroy the engine . when i picked it up i check the oil it looked new because i recently changed it not milky from a coolant leak ,I added coolant its been about one year and it is still at the perfect level ??? mystery 1 ,, he said my battery was bad but my battery load tester said it was good and one year later it still is good ??? mystery 2. he sends me a picture of the cabin filter with more dirt and bugs on it than i ever saw on any of my filters and asked should i change it and once again i say no i do ALL MY OWN work when i pulled it out at home much to my surprise he shoved it back it with all that stuff still on it ,, all you have to do is turn it upside down and tap it and 90% of all that would fall off what kind of person does that ??? no mystery there . Then there the dents and scratches that were not there when i drove it there mystery 3. Never ever again

I have been leasing Mercedes , on my 4 th One and went to get a new one a few months ago and they had literally Zero inventory at the two dealers in Doylestown and Fort Washington so I had to purchase the car. I took it to this place and was super impressed with their passion and attention to detail. They gave the reputation for being the best in the area for Mercedes . They are far more reasonable and trustworthy then the dealership so I'm glad I ended up finally going here. I have always had the maintenance plan so the dealership wasn't too bad but I'll never go back even when I get a new Mercedes' in the near future although I may keep this car for awhile now. I just took my Lexus nx 200 turbo here this week and was impressed once again. They follow the recommended service and it is definitely way more reasonable then the dealership. Disappointed to say the least…read more.. So these guys put me in a really bad spot a few weeks back... I was passing through town and my car sputtered out and died...Had it towed here on the recommendation of someone in the neighborhood...It was a Sunday night and they were closed, so I left my key with a note... I called the next day to make sure they got the keys...They did, and agreed to call me when it would be finished... After not hearing from them for five days, I called and inquired..."Your car is ready to pick up", they said..."But we didn't find anything wrong with it"...Well, that's not what I was hoping to hear, but whatever... I took a very expensive Uber ride back and picked up my car...Although it started right up in the lot, it sputtered out and died again a mere two blocks from this place...Grr...Stuck again... I phoned them up again... "Sorry...We can't help..." Grr... I had it towed to my regular mechanic who found two very easy fixes...My car runs great again... My complaint is that these guys didn't do their due diligence in troubleshooting my car...I have my doubts that they even looked at it at all...Because of this, I was stuck paying for an expensive car ride out there and an even more expensive tow back home... These guys left me high and dry... I will never return...

Good Morning, I would like to get my oil changed. We can not get to it until Tuesday we have 2 people coming in at 8AM to wait for their cars. Ok, I grew up working at my fathers gas station, I know it takes 15-20 minutes to change oil in a car/truck. Mine uses the most common Chevy filter in the world. Would you rather gain customer who showed 2 mins after you opened, and by the way needed 4 new tires that you were so short sighted that you lost, or would you rather sit on your ass with an empty waiting room and not one of the two tech even working. I am 2 miles from their shop and will never go back.
