I started driving nicer cars about 20 years ago and when I entered the world of German cars as my mechanic wouldn't work on them. I have been leasing Mercedes , on my 4 th One and went to get a new one a few months ago and they had literally Zero inventory at the two dealers in Doylestown and Fort Washington so I had to purchase the car. I took it to this place and was super impressed with their passion and attention to detail. They gave the reputation for being the best in the area for Mercedes . They are far more reasonable and trustworthy then the dealership so I'm glad I ended up finally going here. I have always had the maintenance plan so the dealership wasn't too bad but I'll never go back even when I get a new Mercedes' in the near future although I may keep this car for awhile now. I just took my Lexus nx 200 turbo here this week and was impressed once again. They follow the recommended service and it is definitely way more reasonable then the dealership. It is definitely different not getting a sweet loaner car but I get my wife to pick me up and we go to the perk for dinner. They recently passed my son and…read moredaughter-in-laws vehicle and it turns out the entire frame is rusted out and has a fatal crack through the frame. They did $3k plus in work "needed to pass inspection" plus work they had to do free because of careless, inexperienced mechanics messing up and breaking things that were not broken prior to arrival. Over a month they had the vehicle! NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. The PA Inspector General will be getting a report for the fraudulent inspection and since they refuse to return the money spent on unnecessary repairs, since the vehicle should not have passed inspection, they will be hearing from an attorney.

I was passing through town and my car sputtered out and died...Had it towed here on the recommendation of someone in the neighborhood...It was a Sunday night and they were closed, so I left my key with a note... I called the next day to make sure they got the keys...They did, and agreed to call me when it would be finished... After not hearing from them for five days, I called and inquired..."Your car is ready to pick up", they said..."But we didn't find anything wrong with it"...Well, that's not what I was hoping to hear, but whatever... I took a very expensive Uber ride back and picked up my car...Although it started right up in the lot, it sputtered out and died again a mere two blocks from this place...Grr...Stuck again... I phoned them up again... "Sorry...We can't help..." Grr... I had it towed to my regular mechanic who found two very easy fixes...My car runs great again... My complaint is that these guys didn't do their due diligence in troubleshooting my car...I have my doubts that they even looked at it at all...Because of this, I was stuck paying for an expensive car ride out there and an even more expensive tow back home... Good Morning, I would like to get my oil changed. We can not get to it until Tuesday we have 2 people coming in at 8AM to wait for their cars. Ok, I grew up working at my fathers gas station, I know it takes 15-20 minutes to change oil in a car/truck. Mine uses the most common Chevy filter in the world. Would you rather gain customer who showed 2 mins after you opened, and by the way needed 4 new tires that you were so short sighted that you lost, or would you rather sit on your ass with an empty waiting room and not one of the two tech even working. I am 2 miles from their shop and will never go back.

I came to J's Auto Service for a routine state inspection and emissions check. Everything was fine other than a puncture in one of my tires and my brake lights being out. When I picked up my vehicle the odometer was up an additional 5 miles even though their invoice states there was no change in mileage. (Miles in 158,162, actual miles out 158,167 ( see attached photos)). This was odd but I didn't think anything of it since a road test is usually preformed. Fast forward to when I got the tire replaced at their shop/to get my other sticker for inspection. I picked it up after work and was a little surprised it costed $52.86 ($63.11 - $10.25 (state safety sticker)) for ONE tire. I started driving and realized my dashcam was unplugged. I contacted the shop and asked why this happened. I spoke with Christine who told me, "All we did was install your tire and check your brake lights". I go home and review the footage. I come to find out that they did indeed unplug my dash cam. Not cool. I also reviewed the footage from the day of my inspection. Prior to my vehicle ever being inspected, Jamie and Christine used my vehicle to pick up another customers car! They came back, inspected my vehicle and then conducted a road test. I paid for a state inspection/emissions test, not for them to use my car for their business. I will not be giving them my business after this and will not recommend them to anyone.

I made appt for 9am. I dropped car last night. I got call at 8am that I could drop car anytime. I told them car is already there. They asked what name do I want it under. I said my name,not daughter's name. I call at 230pm to see if car is done. They said it's not due for inspection. I said it wasn't there for inspection. Then they said we did the brake fluid exchange. I said it wasn't there for that. It was there for an oil change and tire rotation. On hold again. Now next person gets on phone ANNOYED AT ME ...I actually had to say I dont know why you're upset with me...turns out Kathie was her name and I know because she still had attitude when I finally got there and then they couldn't figure oit where the car was because it was under my name,not my daughter's. I had to then say "I can't be the only step mother there is w a different name". Earlier this week, my vehicle was struck by a delivery van and declared a total loss by the insurance company. The initial valuation was low but I put a lot of work into my car this past year. I didn't keep any of my receipts but fortunately Lou does! He was able to make copies of all receipt documentation for the work that he did on my car so that I could show the insurance company.
