Unfortunately on my first trip on the highway, 2 days after the service, my wheel where the caliper was replaced started smoking and I had to park the car and get a ride home. After getting the car to a friend's home and replacing the new caliper with another new one, the car is driving fine. The owners refused to believe me despite receipts from NAPA. I went in for a simple oil change and was told that my rear shocks were "shot" and leaking, and that this would eventually affect my tires and I would need to replace them sooner rather than later. I knew this was bs since they were replaced about two years ago, and it's not like I go off-roading. Normal driving. Most shops would show you what was wrong as well, or show you a video. This guy didn't. I refused. Also - these guys said they did a complementary tire rotation yet failed to tell me my tires actually needed air. And these guys supposedly specialize in tires. I just had my car inspected by a REPUTABLE shop and said nothing about this just to see if they saw the same thing. Of course not, my car passed with flying colors - NO issues. It's disgusting to have been bamboozled like that, and if I were a man or had my husband with me that would never have happened. What a crock of sh*t. You have to wonder whether the guy gets an incentive or commission based on the extra work they get people to do on their cars. Flat out lying to people like that. Shameful. Also, at the time, their A/C wasn't working and had been out for a week, so clearly the owner could give a crap about his employees, or their customers. (And I'm sure this review will just prompt one of those nearly automated responses about calling some number and containing some email address to reiterate the issue). You'll never get my trust back. But you did me a favor when I needed my inspection done and found SPANIAL'S SERVICE CENTER in Hatfield. They have an excellent reputation and have been in business since the 60s. They are not bs artists, they are really good, honest people and I will be servicing my car there in the future. Your loss, as if you even cared in the first place.

This place is a disgrace to the automotive industry, and the owner, Luigi, should not be in business. I brought my son's car in for inspection stickers -- something simple. Luigi kept the car for TWO WEEKS and never did any work. No inspection. No repairs. Not even a phone call. Just silence, excuses, and complete disregard for our time. During that time, my son and I had to share my car -- all while he was preparing for his high school graduation. He had graduation rehearsals, a job to get to, and so did I. This caused real stress and hardship, but Luigi didn't care. He held the car hostage without explanation. When we called for updates, he was rude and nasty every single time. After two weeks of no progress, we went to the shop in person to get answers. What happened next was appalling. As soon as I entered the building -- calmly and respectfully -- Luigi came storming through the door, screaming at me in front of my teenage son. I hadn't even said a word. He yelled, "I'll call you when it's ready!" then shouted, "Take your paperwork and your car and GET OUT!" He was angry, aggressive, and hostile, acting as though I had no right to even be there. To make things worse, his wife was just as rude, cold, and completely unprofessional. Let me be clear: I am an African-American woman, and based on how I was treated -- with open hostility, no provocation, and no professionalism -- I strongly believe this was racially motivated. Luigi spoke to me with a level of disrespect and aggression that made me feel targeted, humiliated, and unsafe. My son watched it all unfold, and it was heartbreaking. Luigi originally quoted $250 for inspection stickers -- yet no service was performed. Just two weeks of delays, verbal abuse, and a total lack of accountability. Even though I feared for my life in that moment, one thing is certain: this will be the last time Luigi ever screams at a Black woman like that without being held accountable. He may have thought he could get away with it -- but not this time. If you are a woman, a person of color, or simply someone who expects to be treated with dignity and respect, then this is not the place for you. I will never go back. I will never recommend this business. And I will make sure everyone I know stays far away from Five Points Gulf Service Center in Blue Bell, PA. There are plenty of honest, respectful mechanics out there. Luigi is not one of them. This shop does not deserve your trust, your time, or your business.

I have been leasing Mercedes , on my 4 th One and went to get a new one a few months ago and they had literally Zero inventory at the two dealers in Doylestown and Fort Washington so I had to purchase the car. I took it to this place and was super impressed with their passion and attention to detail. They gave the reputation for being the best in the area for Mercedes . They are far more reasonable and trustworthy then the dealership so I'm glad I ended up finally going here. I have always had the maintenance plan so the dealership wasn't too bad but I'll never go back even when I get a new Mercedes' in the near future although I may keep this car for awhile now. I just took my Lexus nx 200 turbo here this week and was impressed once again. They follow the recommended service and it is definitely way more reasonable then the dealership. It is definitely different not getting a sweet loaner car but I get my wife to pick me up and we go to the perk for dinner.
