Boiled pierogis filled with potatoes and cheese. They were huge and tasty.

The food was delicious and the portions were large and the service was excellent. Everything was delicious and fresh. When you go, they have a full bar and parking area.

Went on a lark for lunch. Was beyond my expectations. Great mushroom soup and the mixed platter was a bit of everything you could want at a polish restaurant.

The food was very good. We had a variety platter with saurkraut, kielbasa, potato pancakes, and pierogies. We had potato pancakes and goulash. The rye bread on the table was delish. The decor was cute. Very simple. The tables were nicely spaced apart. The waitress was nice, even though she had alot of tables she took it in stride.

Has great potential. Food was good, but took way too long to come out. All sides are extra which make the meal more expensive. Decor is very outdated. Could use a little upgrade. When asked for the check, that took ages as well. Again, place has potential with some minor tweaks.

Best stuffed cabbage I've ever had. Pierogies too. Our family loves it there. Great beer as well. 5 stars.

I love their food. Their blintzes (nalesniki) are outstanding. When I go there I always order it. Yum Yum.

The atmosphere is beautiful and decorated like a mountain lodge. Every ingredient was prepared fresh and tasted delicious. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Some of the highlights from our meal include the tatra haus sampler. This includes pierogis, stuffed cabbage, and kielbasa. Perfect shareable size and you get a taste of everything. The kielbasa were crisp and smoky and paired with a nice horseradish mustard. Other appetizer standouts included the potato pancakes and Highlander potato cakes with garlic butter and sheep cheese. I loved this pairing - the cheese and garlic butter were the perfect pairing for the delicate and light potato cakes. For dinner, I ordered the polish noodles with bacon and sweet cabbage. This has a flavorful smoky taste. Additional dishes ordered included boiled and fried pierogis, the highlander stew, and stuffed pork with plums and apricots. Every member of my family left satisfied. To end our amazing meal, we tried the napoleon and pistachio cheesecake desserts. There's a variety of polish draft beers and cocktails to choose from. Overall, Tatra Haus left a great impression on my family. Thanks for helping us celebrate with excellent food and service!

The menu requires some knowledge of Polish food with some offerings being familiar while others may require some exploration. We were two couples dining on a weekday evening. Two people had plum stuffed pork which was very good, one had the pork loin and broccoli which was also good. I had the schnitzel which was not to be confused with German or Austrian schnitzel. It was two small loaves of a mix of beef and pork which resembled more of a meatloaf. It was a bit bland but satisfactory. It came with mashed potatoes. Several sides of Polish sauerkraut, beet salad, and what appeared to be a fermented carrot salad were included. We shared an appetizer platter of pirogies, kielbasa, and something I couldn't identify, but it was all very tasty. This is not BYOB because they have a full bar. The ambiance has a Bavarian flavor and is squeaky clean and neat. The food is hearty and flavorful im what I would describe as peasant style. The service is excellent as they seem to want you to have a good experience. Reservations are required on weekends.

Seating was minimal - they had about 2 tables with 4 chairs each and some stools and side seating. Ordering was quick and easy and they have different sets too. We ordered a bit of everything to share amongst us 4. Everything was delicious but I especially loved the kielbasa. the outer skin was so crisp and it was overall juicy when you bit down with enough flavor. We got the beet salad with it and the slight tartness of the beets really complements the whole meal. We noticed they were super busy with take out and phone orders. They also have a refrigerated section where you can buy frozen products to cook at home, and a small grocery section with regional snacks.

There are several pierogi's to choose from as well as full plates, with sausage, salad and potato. My wife ordered 6 of the cheddar cheese pierogi (boiled) and I order 6 of the farmer cheese (fried). Both were served with sauerkraut and sour cream... and honestly each of them were awesome! After lunch, we grabbed some of the fresh pierogi's from the cooler to take home. Well worth it to take some togo for another meal. We will be back again -- and again...
