They have a massive, constantly rotating variety of games and a deep knowledge of so many systems. I often see rare games (like original Pokémon, castlevania, etc.) and coveted systems for sale. They happily repaired my Nintendo DS after I'd been refused by every technician in the NH/MA area. The repair was very cheap and done quickly and seamlessly.
