I had several fillings done today. Dr. Sidhu was excellent! Don't waste time elsewhere. Just go.

If you've ever wondered what it feels like to buy a used car while lying flat on your back under a bright light -- this might be your place. I was presented with "urgent" procedures on teeth that had never previously been an issue. The insurance estimate I was told to expect? Somehow that detail only came out after the drilling had already begun. The promised follow-up call with the quote never happened, but the paperwork appeared very promptly once the work was done. It's hard not to feel like the treatment plan was driven more by production goals than patient care. Longtime patients deserve communication, honesty, and conservative treatment recommendations -- not surprise invoices. Sadly, I'll be finding a practice that prioritizes teeth over revenue.

However, the new receptionist at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a crown done less than a year ago and it literally broke in the middle of the crown leaving a whole in the middle. The new staff would not fix it or make any accommodations to assist me. They wanted me to pay full price. The office manager took the attitude of oh well there is nothing we can do. I will never go back. Do not use the Smile Loft in Hillandale, Spring. I actually found a new dentist and they were willing to give me a discount.

In fact he only has a traditional x-ray machine in his office for all dental procedures! He charged me for all terrible service he provided and when the implant procedure failed because of his incompetence, lack of skills and dishonesty. He advised me to try to apply bridge for the procedure and I realized that he has no integrity even to admit he was incapable of doing his job effectively and run away from his "office ". I'm 64 years old and I've had as much radiation for tonsil cancer earlier in life that a human can survive. And fortunately it worked, and cured it. But my teeth were a casualty. I was told I'd have "tooth problems forever" and it was the truth. But to my immense good fortune I've found the most wonderful dentist who has cared for me and my family (and several of my friends) for years. Whatever goes wrong, he fixes it. And no matter what work has to be done, he gets it done and it's 100% painless every time. To look at my teeth, you'd never know I have chronic tooth problems because he keeps them in such good shape both structurally and cosmetically. To complicate matters, I can't open my mouth as wide as normal people can. My jaw muscles are very tight from the radiation. So performing dental work in my mouth is particularly challenging. But Dr. Liebeskind is always patient and understanding and talented enough to perform whatever needs to be done, never complaining about how difficult I make it for him. It would be fine if he wasn't also one of the nicest people I've ever met. But he is. And I wouldn't complain if he didn't have the nicest, most professional staff. But he does. I enjoy seeing them as I do old friends. I'm retired from a leadership position at the FDA where I knew countless physicians of all stripes. And then I served as a hospital VP for 8 years and worked closely with literally hundreds more doctors. I don't throw superlatives for doctors around lightly. Dr. Liebeskind is the best dentist, period. These days as I'm retired to Delaware I drive 3 hours to see him, and I'd drive farther if I had to. You don't know how lucky you are to have found him. Five stars are not enough. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Just wait, you'll see. Marc Bloom Bethany Beach, DE 1/8/22

The whole office runs like clockwork and is truly client-centric. I have never been kept waiting past my appointment in almost 10 years of patronage. I've had cleanings and fillings but mostly crowns; all feel and look wonderful. Fees are reasonable for top-notch dentistry. In fact I have dental coverage through my Kaiser Permanente health plan but have never used it since I wouldn't think of changing dentists!

This place came highly recommended by the military community around here. So I got myself and my two kids scheduled. I was so happy that they were able to squeeze us in over the next couple weeks. My daughter and I were even able to get our appointments back to back! The last time my daughter (she's almost three years old) had a dental appointment, she wasn't scared. But she did refuse to open her mouth. For this appointment, I tried to talk her her beforehand about what she'd have to do. I think it helped that my appointment was first, so she could see what would happen and how easy it was. It was also great that they turned on an educational YouTube show for her. She was happy to sit and watch, occasionally glancing over at me or holding my hand. For her appointment they kept her so entertained! She was happy to wear the glasses they gave her and hold on to the toothbrush she got to take home. They were able to do a full blown cleaning with the adult tools because she sat still and kept her mouth open. I returned a week later for my five year old son. We had no problem getting an appointment later in the day because of him being in school. They did a few X-rays just to get a look (his mouth is still a little small to get those bite wings in there). His cleaning was fast and smooth! Everyone was friendly and this is definitely where we'll return!

Unfortunately this also resulted in neglect of routine dental care which only got worse. I recently had a root canal done at another office who referred me to Dr. Park for follow up and I'm so grateful that they did. Aside from the root canal follow up, I knew I had two teeth in the back that I was convinced would need to be extracted because they had such large, deep cavities. Dr Park not only prevented them from being extracted, but was able to fill them in office and save them entirely. He is so kind and gentile, walks me through everything he's doing, and answers the firehose of questions I throw his way effortlessly. His reception staff are also outstanding and have been able to get me in for follow up appointments quickly. While I don't think I'll ever "enjoy" going to the dentist, I couldn't ask for a better experience than with Dr. Park. Can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Park was honest when I came in for a second opinion and assured me that that number of fillings was not necessary and only filled the cavities that needed them. Additionally, Dr. Park has excellent bedside manner and is very gentle when doing dental work. I was very comfortable during the fillings I did have done (didn't even feel it--and i've had many painful dental experiences as a kid) and he makes sure to keep you in the loop during the process so you're not taken by surprise by anything (during regular cleanings too). He is very transparent about things that you may need to keep a close eye on and provides helpful suggestions for what you can do to prevent issues from getting further. Overall, if you're looking for a dentist to go to in the DMV area I definitely recommend the Parks!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office due to misleading billing practices…read moreand lack of professionalism. At my first visit, the office took my insurance card, my referral from my primary dentist, made a copy of both Dental and Driver license, yet I was never informed that they do not accept DMO insurance. This information should have been clearly disclosed upfront. Instead, I was later billed an extremely excessive and unexpected amount, which feels deceptive and unethical. I was also charged two separate bills for a "deep cleaning", spread across two different days. In the amount of $839.00 for a cleaning. I have never experienced a deep cleaning requiring two appointments, nor was this explained or justified to me in advance. When I questioned the process, the doctor who attended to me was very angry with me and said, "And so If you are bleeding" This approach appears to be an intentional way to increase charges rather than provide standard care. Overall, the office demonstrated a serious lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism. Patients deserve to be fully informed about insurance acceptance and costs before services are rendered. I would strongly advise others to ask very detailed questions and get everything in writing before proceeding with treatment at this office. The ironing part of this ordeal is that this dentist submitted a claim to my insurance company What is more concerning, the office knowingly submitted my claim as a PPO instead of a DMO, despite having my correct insurance information. This resulted in me being billed an outrageous out-of-pocket amount, far beyond what I should have been responsible for. Submitting an incorrect plan type while still billing the patient is unacceptable and unethical. In addition, I was charged two separate bills for a "deep cleaning," spread over two days, without proper explanation or prior consent. I have never experienced a deep cleaning requiring multiple days, and this appeared to be another tactic to inflate charges. Overall, this office demonstrated a lack of transparency, professionalism, and ethical billing standards. Patients should be extremely cautious, verify insurance acceptance in writing, and request detailed cost breakdowns before allowing any treatment. Furthermore, I called the Dr. Soolari office about claims they submitted to my dental insurance company. The receptionist told me they only submitted 1 claim, that is a lie. The office submitted a total of 3 bills to my insurance. I mentioned to her that additional 2 claims were submitted and that I have copies of the claims. And I asked her why the office didn't submit the referral that I gave them on my first visit. She said they have it and that they will submit it. This is a practice of deceit and lack of transparency. A total of 3 claims has now been submitted to my dental insurance and yet I was still charged for a total amount of $2,364.50. Dental implant that doesn't fix and sit properly in mouth I was told it's a temporary, after paying over $1,500.00 (One thousand five hundred dollars).
