I am very pleased with the service because even though the employee who assisted me was clearly baking beforehand, he did not rush or shoo me away. He was very friendly. A return trip is in process of being formulated that will certainly include another flan, probably a pair of potato balls, likely an additional dessert, maybe even a loaf of bread and, if the timing is right, a pernil sandwich.
