They went beyond good at the moving in part when they were very helpful in placing the big furniture exactly how I wanted, tweaking an inch this way or turning to just the right angle, and putting my pre-placed power strips this way or that. Devlin and Christian were friendly, productive and professional and went the extra mile on a number of things. (For example, Devlin carried my full cat litter box down the stairs and Christian tried to remove my computer monitor stand to pack it.) I had a pretty big move, but they kept at it with good spirits and got me into my new place by 4. I've used several different moving companies in the past 10 years, and MVM was my best experience. They charge by the hour (not by weight or space), so I was glad they were mindful about time. They demonstrated care for my things. I would definitely recommend this company.

We initially were going to…read morerent a trailer via U-PACK and have this company unload it in FT Wayne until JUSTIN DAGER reached out to me asking to do the deal on the side to save us both some money. The initial referral was through hire a helper. I was very reluctant but eventually paid in full $3800 after JUSTIN DAGER spoke of how reputable his company is. I should have known better. Come moving day... which was 2 days ago. The last text I got from him was that he was 25 mins out. 4 hrs had passed... This was already way past the 1pm time he said he was going to be there. He ghosts me and blocks me... confirmed by being able to call him from my wife's phone (without an answer). He plays games and talks about if you pay now you can get $250 off and claims multiple times that he is speaking with "the owner". There are no deals and there is no "owner" and these people aren't even a business.. look it up and you'll see.. he uses the address of Area Realty Brokers owned by a family member. He also has a long rap sheet.. again...look it up. I grew up with criminals and I know the game. I hope you're proud of yourself JUSTIN DAGER. You left my family of 6 in a terrible situation. Still in our current house sleeping on the floor, out $3800 and left with minimal options on this 4th of July weekend. My wife is retired Navy with 20 years and me with 23 years and you left us high and dry because you are a con-man. If you think blocking my phone call and blocking me from Venmo is going to make me stop and go away you are sorely mistaken child. You're an irresponsible boy and perfect example of scum. See you soon.

Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.
