    Words cannot describe how amazing the KQ team is. We booked them in 2019 and due to the pandemic, we had to postpone multiple times. They were so flexible, professional, and creative. Not only are they so attentive to my husband and I but they would also provide different perspectives. My husband and I ended up getting married on 12/12/20 and they were again so flexible. Due to the pandemic, things kept changing constantly, but my husband and I already knew we wanted to just get married. They helped us with our outdoor wedding church ceremony, our drive thru wedding reception and our dinner at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. We got so many complements from out flower, the professionalism of the team for fries and family. (My mom kept raving about Espy and my sister, who was my maid of honor kept complementing Hannah). It was such a great experience with them and my husband and I would love to book with them again to celebrate formally with friends and family when it's safer circumstances. Thank you KQ team! For those considering booking them as a florist and wedding planner, do it! It was stress free and such a fun experience. Fun fact I also got my wedding dress from them ! They really your one stop shop.

    I absolutely love the services at KQ Elements. I found them through the Pronovia dress website and when I called, they had the dress I was looking for! Since the first appointment I had Espy has always been so sweet and accommodating. They also offer great full-service planning, so their boutique is really a one-stop shop. My husband and I ended up also getting their same day coordination with Espy and Hannah. They are both so detailed and professional, they made our wedding flawless. I definitely recommend them for any event you're having! Thank you Espy and Hannah!

    Working with Jayden at KQ Elements was a complete joy. He is a great listener, offers excellent recommendations and delivers gorgeous arrangements. I met and spoke to several florists before fortunately stumbling upon KQ Elements. Wedding flowers and decor can be so expensive, and it pains me to spend money on generic things. I considered doing my own centerpieces, but with a large wedding, 300 guests, it wasn't realistic for me. I found most florists to be boring and unimaginative. They nod and say yes to whatever Pinterest pictures you show them. I felt good when my fiancé and I walked into the KQ Elements showroom. There are wonderful examples of place settings and beautiful set designs displayed. I really felt like a bride, and not just a window shopping customer. It was fun for us to sit and speak with Jayden. He'll ask you questions about your color scheme and the kind of ambiance you want to provide for your guests. He was familiar with our venue and offered a lot of insight on how we could decorate and make our wedding look so special. He will not pressure you to sign a contract. It's refreshing to meet a vendor who does not double as a salesman. I had complete trust in Jayden. I simply requested a color scheme and for him to use seasonal flowers. He made sure to ask about my favorite flowers and incorporated them into my wedding bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets. They were beautifully unique, so vibrant in color and voluminous! I really felt represented in my wedding bouquet, as strange as that may sound. I'm completely obsessed with it! My guests complimented my centerpieces all night. They loved how fresh and bold the arrangements were. Jayden also personally came to decorate my sweethearts table. It was so elaborate, glamorous and decadent. He truly represented my personality in the decor. My wedding coordinator told me he came early and worked on it for hours. I had the pleasure of seeing Jayden at my wedding reception when I came a little early to touch up. I was in awe of the decor and was surprised to see him there! Brides, if you're looking for a refreshing perspective on wedding decor please go to KQ Elements. He is masterful at set design and always offers creative ideas. His assistant told me that he never does the same arrangements and works with the best flowers available. I'm so sorry this review is so long, I'm just passionate about passionate artists like Jayden. His love of his job is evident and it was a pleasure working with him.     I used KQ Elements for floral services and day-of coordination for my wedding on 7/21/18. They are pretty much a one-stop-shop for wedding planning, wedding coordination, flowers, and even bridal gowns. SHORT REVIEW 1) For flowers: You can easily find florists that can make beautiful arrangements and bouquets. What you want for your wedding is someone with experience who has a team that can ensure on time delivery and arrangement for your special day. Jayden is great to work with. Price is reasonable given quality of work. If you have a vision for your wedding, he will make it come to fruition. If you are clueless, then let his expertise guide you. Will update with better photos once I get them from photographer. I posted what I could screen-cap from Facebook. 2) For day of wedding coordination: Espy and Hannah are the best! They made my day go smoothly that I actually enjoyed my wedding day. If you have many parts to your wedding - such as tea ceremony, church ceremony, reception and/or vendors, things can go wrong at any point. In hindsight, what made my day memorable was not an expensive cake, the perfect reception dress, or the most elaborate centerpiece. What made the most difference was having a coordinator take care of the minutia so I could focus on being the bride. LONG REVIEW for wedding coordination. First off, let me say that I'm a very practical and frugal person for the most part. Initially, I only wanted KQ for floral services, so the idea of hiring someone for coordination was the furthest from my mind. Luckily, my now husband was with me at the time and said he wanted to hire a coordinator so that I would be able to enjoy my own wedding day and not be stressed. I went to their Westminster location to book them for floral arrangements. They offer discounts for bundle packages, so the more services you add on, the better the discounts. At the time, I had not yet bought my dress, so I went to GG location to take a look at the dresses and try on some couture gowns. I was greeted by Espy and she helped me try on dresses. She was so kind and didn't give me any pressure at all. She followed up by email with me and sent me photos of the dresses I tried on. I ended up not finding my perfect gown there, but I knew that I wanted Espy as my coordinator because I really enjoyed our interaction. So I put in a request with Jayden to have Espy as my coordinator. My list of vendors were quite long: floral, DJ, lighting, photobooth, cake delivery, caterer, hair, makeup, and photographer. That's 9 different vendors. Espy communicated with everyone, gave them a timeline with schedule of when to arrive and what time I should be finished with makeup, hair, etc. She was very organized, timely with communication and very patient with me as I was busy due to planning things from out of state. She even scheduled my wedding rehearsal the day before where I met up with both Espy and Hannah. They were a great team. They kept in communication the whole day via walkie talkie headsets which impressed me because it was a level of professionalism I was not expecting. All my vendors arrived on time and I did not have to deal with a single one of them. From rehearsal, to getting ready, to ceremony to cocktail hour then reception, through my wardrobe changes and all the crazy things inbetween, they were there the whole way and ensured a stress-free day. PROS of having Espy and Hannah 1. They are very nice and accommodating to me as well as guests. 2. They go above and beyond. I bought a bench so sit on for the guest meet and greet photo session. To my surprise, when I came back to the hotel, I found that the bench was unboxed and assembled for me. How nice of them! Also other items I brought for the dessert table was assembled as well. They also made sure items were displayed (escort cards, sign in book with pens, sand ceremony vases, etc) 3. They are trust-worthy. I felt completely comfortable that they had the keys to my hotel room. They also handled the gift box and brought all my gifts (including monetary) back to the hotel for me so I didn't have to keep an eye on things the whole night and actually enjoy dancing. Don't bother designating your family or wedding party lest you run the risk of them forgetting when they've had too much to drink. 4. They are multilingual. Espy is fluent in Spanish and English. Hannah is fluent in Vietnamese and English. If you have multicultural guests (which who doesn't in SoCal), then it's priceless to have people who can communicate on your behalf - and do so courteously. I had several guests comment on how relaxed and composed I looked even though they know I must have been nervous and stressed because all brides are. Nope. Honestly I looked that way because I was relaxed leaving all the un-fun things of wedding coordination to Espy and Hannah. Skimp on all else. Pay (or have hubby pay) for coordination as a gift to yourself.

    If you're reading this review that means you're looking for a company to catering your event. Please do not hesitate to hire them. Jayden and his team gave me the best day of my life with their services. Jayden was my wedding planner and also my florist, of course every wedding/event won't happen exactly like how you would envision it, but Jayden was very helpful and did everything he could, he tried his best to give me the best day of my life and he did 100% . All the guests loved the flowers, dessert table was gone after 5 mins . And the wedding was nothing like other weddings, it was beyond perfect! The price won't be as cheap as most Vietnamese florist places in OC, but I guarantee you it's not that expensive like all the Americanize florist and his flowers are the best. His team was very helpful too, he had Cat follow us all day to make sure we ate and were hydrated. And when the party was done he made sure I got back to the hotel and took care of the rest.     They did my wedding flowers and I loved them! Tammy was so easy to work with and very responsive via email. There were some minor adjustments I wanted the day before, and she was so flexible and more than willing to make those adjustments. The day of my wedding, all the flowers were beautiful! I was so happy with my bouquet, the arch setup, arch cluster, centerpieces, everything! Also, prices are VERY reasonable. I could not recommend a better florist, especially for a big day like your wedding!

    It's hard to find where to begin ! I ordered all my florals and had wedding coordination services from KQ elements .The KQ elements team was so amazing in every way . I came to them 1.5 months before the wedding date and they made everything possible in short time . It really was the dream wedding ! Because of so many covid restrictions and regulations , I was worried I wouldn't be able to have the wedding I wanted , but KQ elements went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I had envisioned . Espy and Hannah , the wedding coordinators/planners, are a absolutely incredible . Their professionalism , dedication , patience , and kindness is beyond impressive . I cannot thank the team enough for their time , effort , and hard work . All my florals were breathtaking. Each ok of my guests complimented who beautiful the florals and set up was . I really have no words ! Thank you KQ elements for making this day so memorable and special !     KQ Elements. What can I say? Words cannot describe how amazing they are. I was in search of finding the perfect flower vendor for my wedding and thought about past florists. I booked an arrangement with KQ elements retail back in 2014. Jayden greeted me and was very helpful with my budget and my ideals. He also offered Wedding Planning Services and Wedding Coordination. So I compared pricing with three other florists and his was the most cost efficient for my wedding vision. I also booked wedding coordination with KQ elements. Since my wedding was a Jordanian, Palestinian, Vietnamese Fusion wedding with a lot of moving parts I had a wedding coordination team of three people usually comes with two people. My DREAM TEAM consist of Espy, Hannah, & Jayden. I was blown away with the effective communication between all of us. They kept me calm for minor mishaps and was able to step in when the groomsmen & bridesmaid didn't. If I have my second wedding in Jordan I would hire them and fly them to Jordan. Thank you to KQ elements from the bottom of our hearts for making my dream wedding come true.

We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

We received a confirmation to sign (which we never signed) We were originally told that they don't deliver to redlands, where our venue is, so my fiancé called and spoke to someone telling them we were not going to go through with them and that we found another rental company. 6 months later!! They charge our account for over $1700! Putting us negative in our account and forcing us to pay over $500 in over draft fees. For 6 whole months after we canceled we did not receive any emails or phone calls from Big Top Rentals. Communication was silent. And then 3 days before our wedding they charged us! We now have less money for our honeymoon because Big Top Rentals did not cancel our order as we requested and did not communicate with us after that. When we canceled with Big Top Rentals months ago, we went with Ricky Rentals. They have been emailing us periodically to remind us of payments, they have been giving us phone calls to check in, and the week of our wedding they sent an email to as a reminder of the event and our booking. Big Top Rentals has not done any of that once. Once the order was canceled they didn't call or email anything and that is bad business. This company is not organized nor professional My fiancé called them telling them that she would like a refund. The guy she spoke to hung up on her. And when she called back later, they told her they were going to refund her. I called the next day to speak to a manager and the guy answered the phone and had no warmth or good customer service. Once I spoke to Lilie, the manager, I explained to her what happened and she interrupted me and started blaming us and getting defensive. She ignored the fact that my fiancé called and asked for the order to be canceled and also lied to me about the fact that they told us they don't deliver to redlands. If you are looking for a rental company for your event or wedding and don't want to be stressed and be put in a whole because of incompetence then Big Top Rentals is not the place for you!

My best tip for someone looking to book is to be very organized and clear with every item you want if you are planning to bring your own decor, they are great and will get it done! But being organized will make things easier. The venue closes at 10pm, but we were able to book an area 12 minutes away at one of the bars in Downtown Fullerton. We had a good turnout of guests there for the After Party! We got so much compliments on our beautiful wedding and ceremony, and many compliments on the venue. We started our planning with Lindsay Vandruff, who was fantastic to work with--friendly, warm, organized, and responsive. The first time was in 2018 when we did a…read morestyle shoot event at Fete the Venue in Costa Mesa along with Wildflower Linen (La Tavola Linen) and I have had their delicious catering experiences when I went to some event/wedding industry events at the Fete! In the past I did love their food station displays from a grazing station swing to a pasta station with a giant cheese wheel and a wooden wall displays of pretzels. This time I was reintroduced to AAC through finding The Bar Caterer. AAC and TBC are partner companies and they are also owned by the same company that owns Fete the Venue. I love coming back to a company that has good memories in my mind and delicious experiences. For two back-to-back events of mine this March -- one was an event with Pacific Chorale at the Lido Theater in Newport Beach and the other a corporate event in Irvine. I was connected to Sales Manager, Danielle Schmidt. Working with her (and TBC's Carlos) was amazing! They go hand in hand. The first time I met Danielle (and Carlos) was at a site visit at Lido Theater and that meeting was so productive and all logistics was all set! Working with AAC felt easy and efficient. Danielle was great at follow ups, responding to questions, fast at emails, and personable. And can I just say -- my first walk-thru meeting was seriously one of the best! It was efficient, effective, and easy! With knowledge and experienced people working together, most events will be successful. Plus at that meeting, my client and I were gifted a surprise and delight from both AAC and TBC. Care packages of food and beverage goodies are always a perk! Those touches truly are memorable. Now on day-of event -- just wow! The lead, staff, and chefs were all on time. It was seamless in terms of setting up, prepping, and the service during the event with guests was impeccable! My two events both had tray pass. I did have some repeats, but I personally loved the Stuffed Mushroom! Second on the Beef Wellington. Sooooo good! Both events had Grazing Stations that encompassed premium cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, and crudite. The only difference were food stations! For the Lido Theater event -- we had a Flatbread Station with a Caprese and BBQ Chicken selection. The BBQ Chicken was of course most popular. The Irvine event had more food stations -- Poke Station, Pasta Station, and Korean BBQ Station. The guests loved the pasta the most. But I personally liked the K-BBQ! The Bulgogi Beef was bomb! All the chefs were so good. The Leads that worked were Jo (at Lido Theater) and Kyle (at Irvine). Both Jo and Kyle were on top of it! So organized and everything was structured perfectly. Anything we needed, they both delivered right away! I absolutely loved working with the entire AAC team! From Danielle (sales manager) to the leads and chefs and the staff -- I was impressed. It was like a well piled machine! And what was the cherry on top was the Leads providing a paper that was like a comment card Q&A. That makes me know that AAC strives to improve and make themselves better. AAC (and TBC) get 5-stars, two thumbs way up, 100%... all of the above! I will definitely refer and will continue working with them. P.S. At the Irvine corporate event -- the Vice Mayor of the City of Irvine popped by and he was raving about the food. I totally passed on AAC's info to him for the City of Irvine to have good food when they need a caterer! *insert heart emoji*

My wedding was in San Diego on a Saturday, and Tricia delivered the flowers on Friday morning to a family member in the OC. Not only did the flowers last until the next day, I got exactly what I wanted from Tricia but at a fraction of the price from other florists. Make sure the flowers stay in water and in a cool place. We were lucky that the hotel I was staying in allowed us to use their large kitchen fridge. Just make sure there aren't any fruits in the fridge; they emit a gas, which will wilt the flowers. She was the day of…read morecoordinator (but it was SOOO much more than just day of!) and florist for our June 2018 wedding at Pomona College. She is about the closest thing you could get to a mind reader when planning your event. We were planning our event long distance so a lot of our coordinating was through email and phone, but she was always available to us and made so many suggestions that ended up being absolutely spot on for the vibe we wanted. On the day of, everything felt absolutely seamless my husband and I, and believe me, we both know that was solely a product of the hard work from Tricia and your team! They completely outdid themselves and we received so many compliments on things that we could confidently say "oh, that was all Tricia!" And the flower arrangements she did were phenomenal! Armed only with a general, half-formed thought from me, she created the most beautiful bridal bouquet! I was remarking on it all night to anyone who would listen how beautiful it was!
