They also have some buffet options such as kimchi, cucumber kimchi, different sauces and they also give you tips on how to make some sauces, salad options and other things as well! This place is big for large groups! Our waiter was kind and helpful! If you do not want to eat but want to sit there with your friends or family make sure you make it very clear to the host or hostess and the waiter or they will charge you. We had a friend who did not want to eat but came to celebrate and she told the waiter but was informed at the end that she needed to tell the host or hostess. They did not have her pay but we were told next time we would need to do so. Overall, the experience was good.

I ordered my fave items...Spicy Bulgogi, Beef Brisket, Spicy Fish and Calamari, along with Pineapple and Broccoli. Plus, there's the AYCE table with side dishes and sauces...which made the whole experience busier than it needed to be?? Still, one of the strengths of this place is its abundance of side veggies! Then as the broth in the buckets boil in front of us start adding and scooping out ingredients. Eat. Repeat. Did I say robots? The food is delivered to the tables by these cutesy things. I have eaten here many times and I have tried virtually everything on the menu. With that said, here is my take on it. Everything that I have tried has been delicious! For cold appetizers, I am a big fan of the Black Fungus W. Vinegar Sauce, Cold Spicy Sour Cucumber and the Spicy Beef Tendon. For hot appetizers, everyone raves about the Popcorn Chicken and I concur that it's very good! I really like the Frled Pork Gyoza too. For the main course, they have some rice dishes, but the main focus is the hot pot soups. They bring out a 300°F Stone bowl of broth (in an insulated pot holder) and the ingredients to put in it. You put the meat and lettuce in first, then the other ingredients and the noodles last then wait for "10 seconds"thus the name of the restaurant. I have tried all of the broths and they are all good depending on your tastes. The original broth is the bass broth. Then they add things to the other others to differentiate them. My favorites are the Tomato Soup (especially with Beef Flank) and Spicy Soup. If you like things VERY spicy, they can bring you some cut Thai peppers. The wait staff are patient are very helpful in guiding patrons. They understand that this is a new experience for them. They also pay attention to their customers eating habits. One time when I went in, they noticed that I added lots of chili peppers and chili oil to my food. That's when she said she could bring me some very hot fresh chili peppers.
