We ordered several different appetizers starting with a 30 count of steamed peel and shrimp seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. The shrimp were sweet and succulent. I could've aten the entire bowl by myself. We also had sweet and spicy jumbo shrimp which was an explosion of flavors in our mouths. And two orders of calamari and hush puppy's along with crab cakes. All the appetizers were delicious. I had seared blackened sea scallops with roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. We also ordered The Boat which was an assortment of fried seafood. The portions were quite large. My mom enjoyed key lime pie for dessert. Our waitress Keegan was awesome and her customer service skills were excellent. The drinks were flowing from the bar. The mixologist Isaiah prepared an assortment of sangarias, house margaritas and strawberry margaritas. They have a nice wine selection and many cocktails to chose from. The ambiance is very nice and all the staff were very friendly. When your in Rocky Mount, NC please stop by Cape Fear Seafood Company and enjoy good food and drinks. To all my Yelpers let's continue to eat our way through the world #foodie4life.

Cup of Pepper soup was very salty. Caesar salad was good with big slices of Parmesan cheese and lightly, perfectly dressed. Fountain sodas were exactly how a soda should be, perfect level of syrup to bubbly. We both commented on how good they were which was kind of odd, but so often fountain sodas are off. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. The dining room is so badly designed. The row of booths where we sat were along a wall where the doors to the kitchen are. You can hear dishes being washed, "backstage" staff talking loudly and occasionally cleaning smells. I don't know why they didn't make that a hallway and flip the booths to the other side. Weird vibe for a place that is supposed to be nice.

We were seated and immediately ignored. I noticed that several of the tables surrounding us had not been cleaned well as ours had not. It was a good 10 minutes before someone noticed our table and asked if we were ok. We had no drinks or anything so my husband told him that no one had come to take our drink order. So the guy apologized profusely and a few minutes later we had drinks and some hush puppies and we gave our order... and we waited and waited and waited literally more than 30 minutes. Eventually the same guy appeared and told us that they had just started on our order because the kitchen had been busy with an unusually large takeout order. A while later someone came out with food but it wasn't what we'd ordered so they took it back to the kitchen and started over. The guy came out and again apologized profusely and promised us a huge discount and free desserts after the meal. FINALLY part of what we ordered arrived and we decided to just try to eat and get outta there. The food we got was terrible. My flounder tasted like the oil it had been cooked in and their usual slaw tasted heavily salted. It was very bad. We were given a discount on the food but not the drinks and were not charged for the food we ordered but were not served. The desserts that had been offered we passed on just to get outta there... Still what we paid was FAR too dear for what we ate. I know the quality of Mayflower has diminished since we've been occasionally frequenting it over the past 30 years but this was the last time we will EVER try it again.

Our server Jordan was attentive and flexible as well as friendly, but not overbearing. Our entrées were all absolutely spectacular, particularly the mushroom risotto with the grilled mahi, the peel and eat shrimp, and the crabcakes. We all noted and commented on how perfectly cooked every item was. One teeny concern was the long wait to pay our checks. My party was quite ready to go after a long day at graduation but waited quite a while, even though the restaurant was mostly empty at that point. Overall, a very small matter that did not dampen our very enjoyable evening. One extra nice touch was the little table lamp, which cast a perfect bright light over the table surface, but a very pleasant indirect light everywhere else.

At 63 years old I never expected to have a love at first sight experience- after all the two of us had endured in our before life. I called in to make a reservation and Maria the manager listened to our special story and set the reservation. We arrived and were greeted by Maria who remembered this was our special occasion. Zeke was the ambassador in charge of making sure we had a great experience. Well done Zeke Maria graced us with congratulations and more. We will frequent more often . The oyster's on half shell were amazing and the steak was delicious. Kudos to the chef. You need to go! You won't regret it

We ordered the Thai Potstickers, the Singapore Rice Noodles with Chicken, and the Sakura Soba Noodles with Steak (both at spice level 2), and everything was exceptional. The Thai Potstickers were perfectly crisp with a savory filling that tasted homemade. The Singapore Rice Noodles were light, aromatic, and full of authentic flavor without being greasy. The Sakura Soba Noodles with Steak were just as impressive -- tender steak, balanced seasoning, and a sauce that tasted like something you'd get at a true mom‑and‑pop Asian kitchen. Spice level 2 had the perfect kick. You can tell this place is run with pride -- fresh ingredients, generous portions, and consistently delicious food. If you're looking for authentic Asian cuisine in Greenville, this family‑owned restaurant should be at the top of your list. Easily one of the best in town.

We stopped in right at opening on a Saturday and the lady who greeted us, I'm assuming the owner, couldn't have been nicer. She was waiting on us and in the kitchen cooking. We ordered spring rolls, bi bim bap with beef and Thai basil with chicken and all were incredibly delicious. The Thai basil chicken is something my wife orders regularly and the depth of flavors in this dish made it one of the best I've ever tried. It was my first time ordering bi bim bap and also thought the flavors were incredible. The portions were huge but I almost managed to finish it because it was so good. We will definitely be back to try other options as good Chinese food is severely lacking in this area.
