I went on a Tuesday afternoon with family. The restaurant wasn't that busy... yet all the ingredients were fresh and plentiful! The staff was helpful and courteous. We opted for both bbq and hotpot. I liked that we had individual options for our hotpot base... no sharing. I went for the spicy. It was delicious. One of us had the Tom yum... also good. Visiting my daughter and granddaughters from Chicago. Service by the server Courtney was AMAZING, my issue is with the owner who clearly does not appreciate her workers!!!!! I witnessed 3 times her employees ask her a question right in front of her just for her to look at them and completely ignore them and walk away as if they don't exist... These workers are what is keeping your business going on a daily basis and should not only be acknowledged but also APPRECIATED.... you could tell some employees are bothered by the rudeness and others just look like whatever it's her normal behavior. With that being said I will not return when visiting my family I won't support a restaurant who clearly does not support her employees. We've had kbbq in so many states including Vegas and this spot is really just perfect especially if you're not a first timer. The only thing not great here is the rice so just stick to one of the MANY different noodle options. The staff is great, the food is better! Also the whole side wall is a screen playing cute stuff. The food was AMAZING! The buffet bar for the hotpot and Korean bbq has so many options, from meat, to seafood, to shellfish, to veggies, fruits, and desserts! They also have unlimited drinks and you can take home your leftovers (pay per pound) which I really love because other hotpot/ Korean bbq places I've been to won't let you take home leftovers. The servers and staff were so nice and hospitable. The place was really clean and well taken care of. The bar was constantly updated with fresh food. The vibe was super cool too, I love the cloud lights above the tables and the neon signs, plus the huge screen with anime was cool too. The music was super fun but not too loud! She was very hands on and engaged and willingly set us up and walked us through the whole experience-- as it was our first time dining in an establishment like this. She explained everything in the realest way possible, making the service from her very admirable. She is a people's person. She even created me her own signature sauce combination after I mentioned me having some struggles creating my own. Tip her well if you go & send my regards!! As far as the establishment itself went? the atmosphere was beautiful and well decorated for the theme and vibe it was trying to achieve. As far as the bathrooms they were underwhelming only because I assumed the neon lights and such would translate into there, which is okay. Jackia did let us know that some of the meats and such would be unseasoned and they were --lol so the sauce she created was well needed. I say go for the experience, before 1-4 people with you on a day when it's not as because like a monday or tuesday. So you can really get a good vibe from it without all the busy stuff. Also, water is upon request, so please request it !! and a fun fact I learned-- that you'll have to ask for yourself, that I thought was fascinating, ask about the color of the cloud lights and what they mean !! After reading all the reviews we took a shot at this place, boy were we satisfied. There might be some noted areas that can easily be addressed however, the food and experience is great. And although a bit pricey, it's all you can eat and you will not go home hungry. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back for the very well priced lunch. read more

The food was good. I especially loved the butter shrimp I cooked but their tables if you have a big group is 4 the grill is not enough. If you're willing to wait a long time for your food to cook with 3 other people that's fine but if not I wouldn't suggest rolling more than 2 deep. I was so full however from what I could cook that I couldn't even have dessert. :) but that's okay I will go back but maybe just me and my significant other. In terms of the restaurant itself I would say it lacked lighting. I would've loved more light than the anime that was playing on the screen behind our table. BUT K-pop music selection was elite! We have been looking forward to trying this place since we found it. We went here for dinner last night. The lay out was nice, the over sized tv showing cartoons is a bit much as the flashing light from the action scenes cause the whole place to flicker. However to what happened to us, first off they refill your soup with hot water. They charge a premium for dinner here but will not refill your soup with real broth. They use hot water. So they water down your soup as you eat. That was a ohh ya ok that's cheep moment however where I was done was when they offered to replace the paper cover on our grill. They asked me to hand them a trash can that was sitting on the table. When I grabbed it for the girl the trash bag had slimy stuff that I stuck my hand in. As we have not used it yet the bag should have been clean. When I looked in the shopping bag doubling as a trash bag it had left over food in it as they were dumping the bags and reusing them. Needless to say I lost my apatite at that point and was done. The manager when notified about it offered a 15% discount. Which was laughable. read more

The ambience of this restaurant is fantastic! They have the largest TV I've ever seen in my life on the wall and it plays anime while you eat your meal. The food is absolutely fantastic. I am in love with this place. Highly recommend you check it out if you're into korean BBQ. I am definitely going to be returning with my wife and kid soon, and I'll be bringing friends with me too! Service was very good. Food was good, but I'd like a bit more marinated meat for Korean BBQ. The buffet was extensive, and the options were varied. I was very impressed with the quality. The sauce selection was good, but I think it was not as intuitive as intended. I helped a guy navigate his options at the condiment bar, us both patrons bumbling through, and hope I didn't steer him as wrongly as I did myself. I ordered the spicy hotpot (and BBQ combo), and the broth was amazing. I added some chili oil and herbs from the condiment bar, but it was very rich already (I just really like hot food). I highly recommend this one for anyone spicy-tolerant! As it stands, they are waiting for permits from the state to serve kimchi, beer, and liquor. I will definitely be back when I can order their home-made kimchi. I look forward to trying it. The only downside was how loud it was inside, but everywhere in Greenville is loud so that's almost unfair. All in all, I will definitely be back many times. read more
