They were on top of our list, of course expecting to get 3 quotes. My issue was just a gas fireplace acting up and those with heating issues should definitely come first. When Joe made it to the house, he was extremely professional as in the past, personable and low key. Jackie remained professional and calm throughout the appointment issue. Having dealt with many HVAC vendors in the past, I would recommend Patriot Air without hesitation...I just would suggest an improvement in the appointment making format. Our fireplace is working and no longer an issue!! And he takes credit cards for payment! Thanks Joe & Jackie

After trying 4 other companies local to Princeton to service it over the last 9 years, I found PFO. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and performed some additional services not listed (foam cleaning inside coils and adding treatment for bacteria in the drain pans). I also had a great experience with Lori in the office. All in all I'm a happy camper thus far! Recommend!

This is my first year in my house so we had no experience with any HVAC companies and there are a lot in the area so I just looked online and chose Precision. I was able to get on the list for someone to come out same day. The technician Aaron was really friendly and talked me through everything he was doing. He also gave me some tips since this is my first home and I pretty much hand no clue what I'm doing. He was able to fix my knit on the spot. The only negative was that I asked the person I spoke to to have the tech call me 45 mins out so that I could leave work and meet them there and they didn't do that. Thankfully he was able to wait for me. Also when I called to get an update after waiting about 5 hours from the time I first called they weren't the nicest. A few negatives but the work was great and a reasonable price so I will def use them again in the future.

We originally met Scott from SG when we were looking to install a whole-house generator after Hurricane Irene in 2011. I write "HVAC and etc." because beyond maintain the generator and HVAC, they've done plumbing and electrical work for us as well, and every single job they've done has been perfect: Exactly as promised, on time, cleaned up after, and reasonably and competitively priced. They're quite amazing--in the run up to Hurricane Sandy in 2012, without being asked Scott came out to check the generator before the storm hit, and then with the electric service our for days, he did the same.
