Pancakes with candied bacon, sun dried tomatoes and poached egg
    Fran D.

On your way to Sacre Coeur this is a must stop. We arrived at 10 am and there was a line. We were told the wait would be about 15 minutes. One inside we were just in awe of all the beautiful plates of food on everyone's table! At the table you scan a QR code to look at the menu. The waitress came over to take out order. Once the order is placed you can see your bill from the QR code. I ordered a latte and 2 pancakes with candied bacon, sun dried tomatoes and poached egg. The restaurant was crowded, every table taken but the food came out very quickly. The flavors were spectacular in this meal. The coffee was fresh and delicious as well. This was one of the most memorable meals I had while in Paris. I wish I had more time to go back so there has to be a next time!

Good cappuccinos, awesome breakfast. They also offer smoothies and have an amount full of breads to choose from.

Someone is seriously interested in the banana caramel chocolate brioche

Decadent is the one word to describe my dish, banana caramel chocolate brioche. I usually don't order french toast because it's usually wet or soggy in the middle but their brioche was perfect. The waiter was friendly and helpful when answering my questions and making a recommendation. I felt like a kid in a candy store and Piccolina enjoyed her small taste enthusiastically.

We had a lovely light breakfast on our first morning in Paris. Kozy has delicious pastries and some breakfast bowls (açaí & chia) to choose from. It's a great option for a quick coffee.

I stopped by here for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 PM. It was reasonably busy inside the café, since many customers were still having lunch and a few had clearly been camping out with laptops or reading materials for awhile. However, there wasn't a line at the cash register. I inquired (in French) about how the menu worked since it was my 1st time, and 1 of the employees very kindly explained it was pretty much all self-service, with the exception of made-to-order drinks. It also appeared to me that they would grab you a pastry if you ordered one, although I didn't order one so can't be sure. There were a couple of lunch "formules" on offer ranging from about 10€-12€ depending on what combination you got. I opted for à la carte since I was only really interested in a quiche and 1 of the specialty lattes that wasn't included in the formules. For the quiche, I went with a slice of the mushroom, chèvre, and tomato; since that quiche was almost gone, I figured it must be a good one. They also had a few other options, including 1 that had chicken in it. All the quiches were pre-made and sitting on a heated tray for self-service. There were also some cold grab-and-go items, both sweet and savory, available. Additionally, when I visited, they had 3 "wellness lattes" on offer: a blue latte, a golden latte, and a matcha latte. Since I'd never had a blue latte before but had tried the other 2 (albeit elsewhere), I decided to get that. These were prepared with your choice of plant milks (I got soy, but they had other options including oat) and some maple syrup, and were thus vegan-friendly. The quiche was really delicious, and a pretty solid lunch. If you've got a big appetite you might want to grab a dessert or a soup/salad to go along with it, but if not (or if you're not super active), the quiche slices are a pretty good size. I really enjoyed the latte as well; it had a nice balance of sweet and spice, and was very warming on a cold, cloudy day. I was glad I tried it, although it was a pretty expensive treat at 4,90€ (for comparison, the vegetarian quiche slice was just 4,95€) so I might not rush to get it the next time I visit. The café is very cute and has a lot of small tables, making very efficient use of a somewhat small space. I think it's well set up, as it felt very cozy and comfortable. It seems to be a pretty popular place to meet a friend or to get some work done (they have a password-protected wifi network). The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. I would gladly come back and would love to try some of their other food selections, including the different quiche flavors and their desserts.

Best coffee ever! Blended to perfections. Perfect way to start a day. Very friendly & welcoming staff.

Stumbled upon this place by accident. When I went inside the workers were very kind. They explained all the options to me...IN ENGLISH! They're very kind and I can't wait to come here again. Also, try their raspberry mint flavored Evian. They don't have it in the US

Very cozy coffee shop. The staff speak English which was a great help. We had a cappuccino, cafe latte and a fresh squeezed orange juice. Everything was excellent. The prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back.

On weekdays it's a nice and comfortable place to work on your laptop, provided you have your own hotspot (no WiFi here), and on weekends when computers are not allowed the ambiance is much more familial and lively. The coffee is high-quality and the employees are very knowledgeable about the beans and flavor profiles. I've enjoyed all the drinks I've had here, with my usual being a simple latte. They also sell coffee beans and Nespresso pods to go. The pastry selection is typically limited to banana bread, brownies, and cookies as they are much more focused on the coffee, but I found them to be really good anyway. The staff are friendly and make an effort to get to know their regular customers, and the café is very friendly to families and children especially on weekends. Pierre Hermé If you…read moreknow Pierre Hermé from social media and all the viral videos, then this review needs no introduction. But if you haven't, this is a strong contender for worthy macarons in Paris and at a convenient location across the street from Ladurée. Located inside L'Occitane in the most gorgeous floor space ever, you will find Pierre Hermé at the center of it all. They have an impressive array of flavors that were much more unique than other patisseries. I definitely asked for a few recommendations as well since I tend to order the same thing (pistachio, raspberry, lemon, etc.) The workers were very kind. They indulged my request to converse in French and corrected me in a respectful and endearing way (I know some people get upset at this idea but I personally prefer it.) I had ordered a dozen macarons but truthfully would've ordered the entire lot if I wasn't alone and especially if I wasn't already taking a ton of sweets back for my flight home. I am a Ladurée purist and what I can say is that Pierre Hermé definitely had the best and most unique flavors compared to the two. The prices are fairly comparable and the coffrets are just as tasteful. Both are strong contenders and worthy of your money. I certainly will be returning and look forward to trying the rest of their selection. (15/50--2025)

Pierre Hermé is home to some of the best macarons I've had in my life -- which is probably too many for the good of my health -- and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the macarons, the staff's attention to detail, and all the unique flavors this shop had to offer. As a popular macaron shop in one of the hottest tourist destinations in Paris, this location is undeniably crowded. There's usually a huge line circling around a central display of macaron after macaron. The line looks pretty intimidating, but it moves quite quickly, and there are so many flavors that it'll probably be helpful to have a bit of extra time to review the menu. My friend and I split a pack of four macarons, including their seasonal isapahan (rose, lychee, raspberry), infiniment praliné pistache, and a jardin de cassandre (red currant, rhubarb). The macarons were delightful. I loved the two seasonal items; they were delightfully fruity and slightly floral, and I loved the slightly tangy flavor from the raspberry in the isapahan and rhubarb / currants in the jardin de cassandre. The praliné pistache was nice and nutty, and the inner cream offered a great additional richness. It's usually super crowded so seating tends to be quite limited. My friend and I ended up taking our macarons to go and enjoyed them elsewhere as we toured Champs Elysée.
