When I arrived there, I realized that only one item had been included in my order. I immediately brought this to the staff's attention, but instead of trying to help, I was told that the promotion "didn't apply correctly" in the system. The problem is that I had already paid for the order, and the restaurant had received the payment. Even if there was an issue with Uber Eats, it would have taken very little effort and goodwill to honor the promotion and provide the second item that I reasonably expected to receive. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to resolve the situation, and no concern for a customer who has supported this business for many years. I left with an incomplete order.It's sad to end a relationship with a restaurant I've enjoyed for so long, but customer service matters, and this experience showed me that customer loyalty does not.

It is separate from the restaurant, kind of intimate and it has its own charm. When planning, I met up with the manager Ranjan, and he made sure that all our requests and requirements were met to our satisfaction. He was always available to us. On the day of the event, when we came in a little earlier, they had already set it up to accommodate our 60+ guests. They even helped us with our decor etc. The food was amazing, the service excellent and all our friends and family enjoyed the party. The servers. Prakash Ankit, Shailendra and Sai were very attentive to our guests and made sure they were well taken care of during the whole celebration.
