I was so happy with my dentist at Keystone Dental. I was that person terrified of going to the…read moredentist until I became a patient here Unfortunately my happy experience was short lived. My father in law was in Florida dying of Cancer. I called explaining I needed to cancel an upcoming appointment as I needed to fly to Florida immediately to make arrangements to bring him home to PA. The next week I called again explaining I was now driving back down to Florida to drive him back as he was to sick for a flight. When I returned home I brought back with me Covid and once more called to reschedule. A week later I received in the mail a letter telling me they no longer wanted me as a patient. I've since called 3 times apologizing and begging them to have a heart and consider the circumstances. Not only did they rudely say absolutely no way would they take me back but had no sympathy for my dying father in law. He has since passed away. Thinking about it, maybe that's not the kind of dentist I would want

During my initial appt a Dentist at Aspen told me to reach out if it ever started to hurt. 4 days ago woke up with pain from the tooth that Ive been treating with saltwater, icepacks and ibuprofen finally my face has swollen, I cant swallow or open my mouth. I call to request some pain medication and to be seen, I tell them my symptoms and what Im taking. without seeing me, the dentist prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen and refused to prescribe anything else despite having no history of drug use, and asked to be seen again, the dentist denied and essentially told me Im on my own and they wouldnt help my pain while I wait for my extraction appointment. So unprofessional, and risking my health by prescription antibiotics before even confirming if the issue was bacterial.

We drove from Ct and had to agree or reschedule. The hack was rushing through installing my temporary crowns and actually dropped one into the back of my throat. He told me I'd be fine for the 3 weeks I had to wait until my permanent crowns were installed. Meanwhile, the inside of my cheeks and my tongue were torn to shreds from all of the jagged edges. He apparently filled the tooth and put the filling too close to a nerve...not to mention he never even used numbing gel before he injected her gums...you're dealing with a child for goodness sake!!!!. Be forewarned before going there service sucks and the dentist obviously has no regard for his patients!!! One star is being generous!

I told him I didn't want tiny little teeth, I told him I didn't want too much gums showing, he failed me on both accounts. I'm sitting here trying to eat a bowl of cut up strawberries with whipped cream and i think I'd have an easier time eating them with no dentures in my mouth. They are very uncomfortable, and much too bulky in my mouth. These dentures could damage my lower teeth in time. During my last visit he told me to use them as a backup pair. Well my insurance only pays for one set per lifetime. I've been misled, I only wanted my current pair realigned so they fit better. And after all is said and done he won't do the reline on my old ones because he didn't make my previous set. What a scam

The previous Yelp reviewer said it like it is, "The receptionist has a real "attitude"…read more They charged me UP FRONT $700 for a crown. The dentist was so rough with the needle that my mouth was swollen for 3 days. He then let an obviously inexperienced assistant create my temporary crown. She did such a horrible job, it looks and feels like sharp, jagged concrete slabbed on my gum. When I told the receptionist that I cannot talk, drink, eat or sleep without it cutting my tongue she said there is nothing wrong with it and it's a temporary!!!! Suggesting it supposed to be that way! I explained to her that it's preventing me from getting much-needed injections from pain management because they won't do it with an open sore (Had to cancel) in my mouth and asked her if she can have the permanent crown rushed, she replied, if it's rushed they're going to do a bad a job and I won't be happy with it. SERIOUSLY???? She also explained to me that just asking to have it rushed is putting me in front of everyone else and I explained that if they didn't make the temporary the way they did, I wouldn't need it to be rushed! I also explained that I'm sure the percentage of patients are not going in for injections, and hopefully they have a smooth temporary in their mouth the way they're supposed to. (But maybe not.) Waiting for the dentist and owner of this practice to call me back. We will see if anyone does. I would not recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy!!!! Fire this receptionist and stop using inexperienced assistant to do your job so you can book more patients and make more money!!! After posting this I spoke to the dentist and he did not want to hear anything about how his receptionist acted or what she said. He just offered for me to come in today which is a 2 Hour drive round-trip to fix the temporary crown. I do not want them touching my mouth again. At this point, I will never go back there. When I told him I want a refund of UP FRONT payment otherwise, I will file a dispute with my credit card company. He said "do what you have to do".
