I told him I didn't want tiny little teeth, I told him I didn't want too much gums showing, he failed me on both accounts. I'm sitting here trying to eat a bowl of cut up strawberries with whipped cream and i think I'd have an easier time eating them with no dentures in my mouth. They are very uncomfortable, and much too bulky in my mouth. These dentures could damage my lower teeth in time. During my last visit he told me to use them as a backup pair. Well my insurance only pays for one set per lifetime. I've been misled, I only wanted my current pair realigned so they fit better. The dentist was so rough with the needle that my mouth was swollen for 3 days. He then let an obviously inexperienced assistant create my temporary crown. She did such a horrible job, it looks and feels like sharp, jagged concrete slabbed on my gum. When I told the receptionist that I cannot talk, drink, eat or sleep without it cutting my tongue she said there is nothing wrong with it and it's a temporary!!!! Suggesting it supposed to be that way! I explained to her that it's preventing me from getting much-needed injections from pain management because they won't do it with an open sore (Had to cancel) in my mouth and asked her if she can have the permanent crown rushed, she replied, if it's rushed they're going to do a bad a job and I won't be happy with it. SERIOUSLY???? She also explained to me that just asking to have it rushed is putting me in front of everyone else and I explained that if they didn't make the temporary the way they did, I wouldn't need it to be rushed! I also explained that I'm sure the percentage of patients are not going in for injections, and hopefully they have a smooth temporary in their mouth the way they're supposed to. (But maybe not.) Waiting for the dentist and owner of this practice to call me back. We will see if anyone does. I would not recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy!!!! Fire this receptionist and stop using inexperienced assistant to do your job so you can book more patients and make more money!!! He just offered for me to come in today which is a 2 Hour drive round-trip to fix the temporary crown. I do not want them touching my mouth again. At this point, I will never go back there.
