I was so happy with my dentist at Keystone Dental. I was that person terrified of going to the dentist until I became a patient here Unfortunately my happy experience was short lived. My father in law was in Florida dying of Cancer. I called explaining I needed to cancel an upcoming appointment as I needed to fly to Florida immediately to make arrangements to bring him home to PA. The next week I called again explaining I was now driving back down to Florida to drive him back as he was to sick for a flight. When I returned home I brought back with me Covid and once more called to reschedule. A week later I received in the mail a letter telling me they no longer wanted me as a patient. I've since called 3 times apologizing and begging them to have a heart and consider the circumstances. Not only did they rudely say absolutely no way would they take me back but had no sympathy for my dying father in law. He has since passed away. Horrible women... I've been going there since i was young 20+years and Ive also been taking my two disabled family members for years, it can get pretty hectic! I accidentally miss 1 of my appt. and it's like they couldn't wait to tell me they'll never take me again! They are so nasty n mean it oozes out of them! They blame the doctors but who knows.... The (fake) blonde that's been there forever is an absolute witch she acts like she owns the place and acts like she's above everybody always lookin disgusted and annoyed! Unfortunately I lost my insurance and was unable to go to Keystone Dental for a couple years. I just had a filling come out so I went to the website to make sure I get an insurance they take. Now I'm in pain and waiting for a call back. Just for them to say they don't take the insurance?! I can cry because I truly liked my dentist here and now I'm in pain and no where to go. read more

All in all an amazing experience. They gave me hope and an alternative to simply pulling my teeth and getting partials. Definitely gave me information that my last practice didn't. I was a little nervous after reading some reviews butttt like MOST professional offices, they have rules, that are more like common courtesy. I am very pleased with the service at Keystone Dental. I've been going there for years and I've never had a bad experience. They took me in immediately in an emergency situation. I had a few of my teeth capped, filled and a root canal taken care of all with satisfactory work. I was just there for a cleaning and I was very pleased with the job she did. read more

I been going to Keystone dental for almost twenty years I took my daughters there when they were in middle and elementary schools. I recently went back because I didn't have insurance for a year but it had been about 6 years since I last went there because I went to a dentist closer to where I lived. last month I had a check up but have some teeth issues a couple of cavities and a tooth was pulled. I was told I owed $76 from 2018 on my second visit and the blonde hair woman whose been there forever told me to not come back until I paid it, something that's not even on my credit report no longer and I still had pending issues with my teeth plus I'm not working I have medical assistance right now, so now I still have tooth pain and two cavities that needs fillings she act like I owe her the money she was rude and I regret ever going back there horrible experience to go through standing there after having a tooth pulled listening to her complaining about something from six years ago and told me don't come back until I paid it with a waiting room filled with patients staring at me as I walked out because she was loud about it. I was a former patient and needed a check up. I called to set up an appointment. The secretary was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled which I had to reschedule for the following day, due to my disability. I was told that if I miss my first appointment I cannot reschedule it. Chances are I will probably report them to the ADA. Ya miss one appointment and they will not take you. I suggest to everyone out there find a new dentist. If I could give 0 Stars I would. read more

I would give this dental center 3.5 stars. My biggest complaint is the staff. During visits there, some of the staff were very unprofessional. On two separate occasions staff came into the room I was receiving service in and complained about patients and having to work to meet patient's scheduling needs. Once a staff member vented about a patient while giving details about the care they had or needed. read more

I do not like the way they treated me here. I needed a porcelain veneer and the nurse shaved it down too much and couldn't get the tooth on. It is embarrassing to have a missing tooth in your mouth. I have to now pay to get a dental implant. She even tried to cover it up and say that the next time I come in, they will put it in. She knew she messed up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have a new dentist who I love now. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. read more
