I call to request some pain medication and to be seen, I tell them my symptoms and what Im taking. without seeing me, the dentist prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen and refused to prescribe anything else despite having no history of drug use, and asked to be seen again, the dentist denied and essentially told me Im on my own and they wouldnt help my pain while I wait for my extraction appointment. So unprofessional, and risking my health by prescription antibiotics before even confirming if the issue was bacterial.
