She then went on to say the dentist would basically use it as some sort of "write-off." That explanation made absolutely no sense and felt very questionable. We rearranged our schedule and waited months for this appointment, only to be turned away at the door with no prior notice and a confusing, dismissive explanation. Poor communication and unprofessional handling all around. I would not recommend this office.

When the younger Dr. Brand can in to check my teeth I I was very impressed with his mannerisms, friendliness. I had recently chipped a front tooth and a back tooth broke off the same day my regular dentist retired. (Go figure) I made an appointment with Dr. Brand to repair the chip and properly fix the tooth that had broken. I have to say he was wonderful, and his staff was wonderful! Extremely professional!
